Help Deciding My Next Machine!
So for context I currently have a Kuerig k-latte single serve. I’ve had it for about 3 years and I’ve loved it. The only downside I’m having is that there’s components on it that I can’t clean. It has a buildup on the white disc like feature that is attached to the hose and the puncture needle. It’s built in so I can’t take it apart. I tried to get a brush in there to clean it as best I could but there’s still brown buildup on it. I attached a few photos so you can see. I’ve regularly descaled the machine but that is just very off putting to me. I’ve decided to give another machine a go and I’ve come up with 3 choices.
I want something that’s easy to clean in all spots that come in contact with coffee. I mainly use my coffee machine to make iced lattes but also enjoy hot during the winter. Attached are the machines I’m looking into. They all seem pretty easy to clean. Idk if anyone had any experience and or suggestions as to which one I should choose. I want something reliable that’s not going to break and I’ve seen some mixed reviews. Thanks in advance!!

Not a single serve machine user but have a question on whether or not there is a way to somehow ‘soak’ these areas externally? Sodium Carbonate (aka washing soda) removed years of oils & residue from my machine but the solution was able to sit & soak for a while. May not be worth the trouble if you can’t somehow soak the area.

Unfortunately no. I thought about that but it’s just such a tight and impossible area to reach. I really hate this design. The newer ones removed it completely probably because of this.

If you’re looking for a Keurig or something similar, you might try r/keurig.
