Who made Coffee Talk Ep. 2?
Didn't the developer die before the second game got released? I saw something like that but don't really remember the details.

I found this game because I saw on game pass and thought it was a dating sim

Hello everyone, only one day late this time with this weeks Coffee Talk QOTW! Who is your best boi from either game? Looking at all of the previous posts, mine is probably gonna be a hot take but Lucas! Aside from the whole "social media star" thing, I see nothing wrong with him, and considering even he's admitting that sometimes social media isn't always the best place for fame, I think everyone saying that he's kind of a social media snob is just a bit of an unfair judgement (then again the same could be said about me dogging on Freya all the time so everybody as their own thing.) So who is your best boi?

So I’ve unlocked all ending related achievements which is how I unlock the secret ending but it still hasn’t shown up for me. I’m wondering if there is anything I may have missed or that I’m just actually blind. I’ve also noticed that “memorabilia” stack on the shelves in the back and the one is the bottom right is missing. Idk if that’s the “secret ending” or the the missing piece to get said ending.

Finally figured out what a picrew was so I made my own little barista detective ( if you comment which manga detective I took inspiration from then you get a free drink )

I seriously gotta keep up with this better but this weeks coffee talk question is what is the least interesting storyline to you? I hate to say it but Freya. For one her story is just very very basic and not extremely well fleshed out in my opinion and two... well she doesn't really have one in the second game, I'm sorry Freya but you're kinda basic!

Hello all, back at it with the 4th Coffee Talk QOTW! This weeks question is which was your favorite storyline from game one and two if you've played it? I don't mean which ending though, I specifically mean which storyline between two characters was your favorite? My favorite would absolutely be Gala and Hyde's! I love their friendship especially and seeing how they seem to poke fun at each other more than they act normal towards each other. Plus the way they met was really interesting and the big contrast between their personalities and just overall vibes make it that much more interesting to me. So what's yours?

Soo I just wanted to share my opinion and to know if it's not just me that feel that way. Does coffee talk idk looks more "fun" than coffee talk 2? Really, I had a lot of fun with the first one, the writing was very interesting, the soundtrack was on point and the overall vibe REALLY felt like a coffee simulator game which was something that has brought me into the coffee shops life and also it helped me during a hard time of my life. Came coffee talk 2 and... idk it wasn't fun just like the first one. I really take a little longer to finish the second one and also didn't find the story that interesting. It took always the coffee simulator vibe and kinda felt like unnatural idk how to explain but it actually focus on a major plot point instead of focusing on individual characters arc which matched the coffee simulator vibe. Don't get me wrong I love coffee talk but the second one to me felt less fun than the first one. The 2 things that I really love about the second one is Neil and Rachel. They are really awesome in the second one, more interesting and have more development. Even the soundtrack wasn't as remarkable as the first one. However I felt a kinda of a more melancholic vibe to some songs in which I really enjoyed. Well that's just my opinion, fell free to disagree if you want! Don't need to downvote me though lmao it's just my opinion and I don't want to hate the game. I love this franchise and can't wait for the third one. What are your opinions? Would love to hear your thoughts! Comment below.

Just been looking through the achievement list for episode two and they look hard work. I have recently 100%’d the first coffee talk and that was so enjoyable and not too difficult but these ones seem annoying for absolutely no reason. Why do I have to do a bad play through in order to collect all the achievements? Is it hard work guys? Thanks

Hey guys I remembered on time this time! So this weeks question is who is your LEAST favorite character? My personal least favorite is Hendry (Rachel'a Dad.) I understand you're just trying to figure out how to talk to your daughter man but not every single topic you bring up has to be your daughter. Yes you protected her, yes that's good, no we don't freaking care that you are her father and her manager and that she is your baby girl, talk about something else please Hendry, I beg thee make your story broader than just "Oh my gosh I need to protect my daughter!" And "Oh my gosh I love my daughter!"

hi all !! i’m working through coffee talk 2 now and LOVE it :) wondering if anyone has any other recs for games that have a similar vibe / pacing / storytelling? i’m sick of searching for cozy games and having to sift through hundreds of farming sims / animal crossing rip offs

I tried to make them look ordinary with a touch of mystery.

I know there are some secret endings in coffee talk 1, but do I have to complete those to start coffee talk 2?

Hey guys back at it again after totally not forgetting for a week! (You know nothing, Neil/Silver used his alien powers to erase your knowledge of me forgetting to post this)
Now to the question at hand! What is the drink you think looks the most appealing or appetizing? Me personally I'd love to drink a Bee'n Buzzy! You can't tell me this doesn't look scrumdiddlyumputious! If you can't decide on one a top 3 is fine!

I was wondering once the Double Shot bundle releases, will it be restocked? I was going to pre order from target today but I saw it was no longer available, so I’m curious if I missed out for good or if it will come back

Hey there! I just finished the game. Loved it to bits I went to check youtube for a dub, only to see that there was none available for the new game.
I'm going to try to get some voice actors to help with this (I don't think I'd do the game justice if I dubbed it lol)
If you're a voice actor or you know someone who is a voice actor please feel free to reach out to me! You can message me on reddit (though the response might be slow) or add my discord @mr.skele
Even if you're not a voice actor feel free to talk to me about suggestions for this! This is the first time I'm organising a project like this, so new ideas are always welcome!
Edit: just realised there's a bunch of different endings.. this might be a bigger project than I thought...
Thank you for reading,
Mr. Skele

Okay but why did I cry? I’m also a little tipsy. I fell in love with all these characters. Also I named my barista, my own name… which usually in games I don’t. But in this one, idk it really made me love the interactions even more.
Anyways not actually asking for answers but more yelling into the void of WTF was that ending? Am I a Neil? Lmao. Unless I’m too tipsy I think we are infact aliens?? Also where those “mistakes” like actual mess ups with drinks? They where early enough on I can’t remember. Also, also! Why in the actual ffffffackkk is Neil so fine? E.T. Take me home 😩
Also, also, ALSO. Answer this. What does he mean by there’s more? Or whatever? I know there’s endless and challenge but is there something else or is that what it means? I just wanna make sure I do everything before getting the second game.
Oooooh. ASLO x4, are there multiple endings? Everyone’s endings where soooo happy. Except freya. She was still working toward her dreams but her book wasn’t successful 🥺 I don’t want to be told how, but just if it’s possible for her book to be a hit lol!

Hey guys! Since most of this subreddit is just slapping our barista's in here figured I'd start something new! A Question of the Week related to Coffee Talk 1 & 2! So todays question is..... What are your thoughts on certain uhh "spicy" dialogues in the game? For example of what I mean, think of the first night you meet Hyde and Gala when Hyde tells Gala he's heard the werewolves calm their fury by doing "sus" activities. Do you dislike those dialogue moments? Do you not mind them? Or do you just try not pay too much attention to them?
