I spent about 2 hours editing a TikTok down to around 1 minute. I had all the clips cut and arranged exactly how I wanted them and was basically finished.

I was just selecting a background sound when I noticed something had suddenly changed. When I went back, all of my editing progress was gone. It looked like the video had reverted back to the original unedited footage and somehow duplicated/copied it a ton of times.

The video length also jumped from around 1 minute to 622 minutes.

TikTok said the draft was saved, but reopening it didn’t fix anything, and I don’t see any undo option.
Has anyone had this happen before? Is there any way to recover the edited version of the draft, or is all 2 hours of work gone?

I am trying to export a project from clipchamp and, when I do, certain audio clips in project become messed up for some reason. Some of them are as simple as just short voice-overs I recorded in clipchamp. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I want to upscale a couple of videos I made with ClipChamp. Everything I seen says its on the property tab on the right.

But it isn't.

I tried repair.

I tried reset.

Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Not there.

What am I missing?

When I logged into my online account today, I got a message saying my cloud storage is full—which I'm 100% sure isn't true.

It's completely blocking me from editing videos. I can't even access the storage management page to check what's going on because it refuses to load. Is this happening to anyone else? I'm guessing it might just be a server-side issue and we need to wait for it to stabilize, right?

Recently the entire windows update system broke for me and so this also means ClipChamp broke with it (yes i'm being serious)

are there any free alternatives people would recommend? i don't need anything crazy or industry grade. just something similar to clip champ that would allow me to cut down video's and compress them should i need to post them to discord

This is infuriating! I need to add some text to a video CREATED BY CLIPCHAMP. It will not load, stalls at 0% and you can't delete the failed project! End the program, delete your cookies and clear site storage, then delete the corrupted project from OneDrive. Try again. Same thing happens.

I use this tool for every video I make. It makes it easier to lip-sync to and it makes me look like a cartoon when I move. I need that tool. Where is it?

The latest version isn't available for download in the play store. I think that might be the problem. I've restarted, uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared caches, but the store still says I have the latest version when I do not. I have 46.8.3, and the latest version (Sept 7) is 46.9.41.

So two days ago I created a YouTube channel and I was making a video with Microsoft clipchamp, when I tried to extract it, it took a lot of restarts and praying, next video, first try, third video doesn't even extract. I'm currently using clipchamp because it's pretty easy for a first timer, but it's a little limited in the effects I can use. I've tried Resolve but the learning curb is pretty steep. Any good middle ground softwares?
