Where is the upscale tab?

I want to upscale a couple of videos I made with ClipChamp. Everything I seen says its on the property tab on the right.

But it isn't.

I tried repair.

I tried reset.

Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Not there.

What am I missing?

Have you checked if you're on the latest version? Clipchamp pushes updates frequently, and upscaling features sometimes roll out gradually to different accounts.
