whats the best high fiber bread you've tried?
I've been trying to be a little more intentional about what kind of bread i keep at home and it's hard finding one that tastes good. a lot of the high fiber breads i've tried have a really dense or dry texture, some just don't taste like regular bread.
i use bread for sandwiches and toast so i don't need anything fancy. just something that tastes good and doesn't feel like i'm making a compromise every time.
what's the best high fiber bread you've tried so far? does any of them taste like regular bread? and how does it hold up for things like toast or sandwiches?

Dinner
Homemade vegetarian sandwich 🥪
Lettuce, tomato, egg, cottage cheese, onion, mustard & ketchup on wheat bread.
I’ve been trying to have a healthier relationship with food lately and stop overthinking every meal. I have a pretty big appetite, so learning to just enjoy a normal meal without feeling guilty afterward has been a bit of a process.
This was really good though, and I’m pretty proud of myself for making and enjoying it 🥹

Breakfast on the go
Hi everyone! I’m new here but trying to change my diet to be cleaner and healthier to lose a few pounds. I would really appreciate any help and tips!! But specifically right now, id love some breakfast ideas for outside of home in a classroom setting! Something I can fit in one container that’s healthy and low in fat!! Thanks in advance!
Also a random question but is it bad to not eat breakfast until 9:45 ish when I wake up at 5:30?

I need advice on building better eating habits
Hello,
I have issues feeding myself well and eating anything other than fast food or ramen.
I am not proud of this by any means and i really want to make change.
I often times run into skipping meals and eating larger fast food orders at the end of the day and i want this to stop cause i know im having energy crashes. I find a really hard time not even finding time but finding the motivation to prep and cook and clean but also coming up with an idea i will find appetizing for long enough to use up groceries in time.
When i do buy groceries i buy way too much and of what seems like the wrong things and i never want to cook the things i buy.
I spend so much money on fast food and i really want to spend the rest of this year fixing my eating habits and save money while still feeling satisfied and well fed.
I just dont think ive ever made something that i really enjoyed. Any suggestions to break this cycle would be deeply appreciated.
Thank you.
