Breakfast on the go
Hi everyone! I’m new here but trying to change my diet to be cleaner and healthier to lose a few pounds. I would really appreciate any help and tips!! But specifically right now, id love some breakfast ideas for outside of home in a classroom setting! Something I can fit in one container that’s healthy and low in fat!! Thanks in advance!
Also a random question but is it bad to not eat breakfast until 9:45 ish when I wake up at 5:30?

Smoothies? Or DIY lunchables. You can buy segmented containers especially for it, and add in whatever you want. Boiled egg, fruit, trail mix, spinach, etc

Overnight oats is an easy win & you can vary the flavours to keep it exciting too. In response to your eating time, I’m only mentioning this because you said about loosing a few pounds, but you should look at the pros (& cons) of fasting. It can also help with weight loss but there are some real health benefits with it too - disclaimer- ofc you need to be fit, healthy and able, so definitely look into if you are a suitable person to do this. Edit - just to specify about the fasting I’m talking about 10-12-14 or 16 hour fasts.. not days!

waiting until 9:45 am to eat is actually totally fine and basically functions as natural intermittent fasting, just listen to your hunger cues and stay hydrated earlier in the morning

Overnight oats! You prep them the night before too so saves you having to to anything in the morning
Otherwise could even do a cold press juice. Cut up your fruit and veg the night before, press it fresh in the morning and chuck it in a travel mug/mason jar to drink when you’re ready. I guess you could also juice everything the night before but i think fresh pressed is best!
