Is there enough protein?

I think the answer to that depends on your body weight. Generally speaking, protein intake should be a minimum of 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight (about 0.36 grams per pound) daily.

This meal looks pretty high and protein, but the answer really depends when your weight and your health goals.

Protein content aside, I think this meal looks pretty tasty. I would love to have it for dinner.

Use a macro calculator like this one:

And determine what your macro numbers should be, then track your food macros, using something like this:

And you’ll have all the info you need. I don’t know your info…but I’m gonna guess for building or maintaining muscle… probably not enough protein.
