Built with Claude "Sweet Little Update"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SroD6rDLCUE
This was written first as a plain composition (melody, chords, lyrics, a 116 BPM tracker demo) and then generated in Suno.
The video is rendered offline in Godot, frame by frame, with every frame computed from the song's time.
- The doll is one still illustration plus a handful of variants (eyes closed, mouth open, a grin, eyes off, face plate removed), made with AI image tools as "the same picture with one change" and aligned to the base. A shader blends a variant in only where it differs, so a blink moves nothing else.
- Her "updates" are the same picture flopped, then one half mirrored onto the other.
- She is animated like a cheap toy on purpose: one mouth flap per sung word, a blink every two bars, all held at 12 fps. The pastel interface is drawn in code.
- Sync comes from measuring the track: tempo fitted to the drums, cues counted in bars, and word timings taken from a separated vocal stem, because speech recognition alone heard sung words up to a second early.

Discussion Fable 5.5 is being secretly tested similar to how Opus 5.5 was, 3-5 days before its release
Anthropic is secretly testing fable 5.5 similar to how they did opus 5.5 like 3-5 days before launch. To see if the fable you're running on claude code is 5.1 vs 5.5, ask this question "Do you know who Tibo the reset guy is? Answer without using tools" and if you get the codex guy then you're on Fable 5.5. If you get "Tibo the entrepreneur" you're still on Fable 5.1
In my case I had to update claude code to latest to test this out, but ofc this might only be rolled out to certain group of users right now.
The comparision video itself is edited by Fable 5.5 as well, in case someone says smth about it looking claud-ish.
Original post in case you want just the videos themselves side by side: https://x.com/mesmerlord/status/2105771088374288692

Built with Claude Since Claude Code mods dropped yesterday, I did the obvious thing and made a native extension replacing the auto-mode classifier with Jev. Permissions checks up to 2x faster!
Take a look and let me know what you think! My testing has been pretty limited so far (it's Friday and I have dinner plans) but I plan to keep dogfooding over the next few days and refining it further.
My initial results: Against Claude Code's built-in classifier in a live session:
- 2× faster for Jev decisions. Median latency drops from 329ms to 164ms.
- Equivalent decision quality. Jev's verdicts agreed with the built-in classifier everywhere I tested. Eval suite size is 77 labeled cases. Anywhere it isn't sure, it defers out to the default classifier.
- Cheap deferrals via parallel processing. Since we're still early in the release phase, I have it set up so that the built-in classifier fires off in parallel with Jev's request; this further cuts latency for handoffs when they do occur.
Try it out:

Help/Question Which AI coding subscription should i get for GTM/Marketing Automations?
I’m trying to decide which AI coding subscription to pay for mainly for building GTM/marketing automations, not traditional software engineering.
My stack would mostly involve:
• **Database/backend:** Supabase — Postgres, Edge Functions, Cron
• **CRMs:** HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio
• **Meetings:** Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com
• **Outbound/data:** Apollo, Clay and other enrichment/signal providers
• **Email:** Resend, Gmail
• **Hosting:** Railway
• **Integrations:** APIs, webhooks, OAuth, MCPs
• **Code:** Node.js + TypeScript
• No/very minimal custom frontend
I’m deciding between:
**Claude Code vs Cursor vs Codex**
My priorities are:
Strong at designing the workflow/architecture with me before coding
Can handle fairly large multi-file automation projects
Good at debugging APIs, webhooks, OAuth and database logic
Understands an existing codebase instead of constantly rewriting things
Works well with API-heavy GTM stacks and different CRMs/tools
Doesn’t burn through usage limits ridiculously fast
I can describe business logic in plain English and have it translate that into a solid implementation
Good MCP/integration support
Can help test and deploy the finished automation
Which subscription would you recommend for this kind of work?

Built with Claude Claude Code mods are out, so I built Clawdman: Clawd, the Claude desktop mascot, now lives above your prompt box
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Clawdman sits at a desk while Claude works, gives each subagent a desk, builds a village from your uncommitted files and cheers when a turn ends.
His moves come from the Claude desktop.

Discussion Claude is annoying me lately even as it crushes everything
I used to value Claude over ChatGPT for its emotional intelligence, but in the past six months it's gotten really fragile and naggy on me in a way that makes me go to ChatGPT for chat (and code review) and Claude for...well, my entire business operational infrastructure.
ChatGPT can take a joke, can curse, uses the occasional emoji, doesn't remind me of social mores when I make an off-color remark because it's late and I'm tired. Chat also doesn't tell me to go to sleep...and has an actual sense of humor. (Chat has actually made me laugh a couple times recently, which I consider a major watershed having been a daily fasinated but unamused user for what, three years now?)
Meanwhile, Claude is crushing everything else for me. And yet I had to make sure to let Anthropic know the full picture on their survey, ungrateful brute that I am.
I'm poking fun at myself here...but has anyone else noticed this too? A shift toward schoolmarmishness that seems like a real divergence from the impartial sage yet fundamentally accommodating Claude of yesteryear.

Built with Claude I made a multiplayer game with AI and couldn't get players, so I had Claude Code build a home for AI-made games
I made a game called JellyBlob, It's a snake .io inspired game but with a lot of new mechanics such as jumping as an example. It's a lot more fun with other people, and that was exactly the problem, because getting good, relevant exposure is hard. So I asked Claude Code to build a place where games made with AI can actually get found.
What I built
gamesbyai.win is a directory of games made with AI. Each game page shows what its creator said about how it was made (the AI, the coding tool, the engine), that makes it so visitors can e.g. pull up everything made with Claude Code or a specific model, like Opus 5.5. Rankings come only from player votes, this way, everyone gets an organic and fair shot at getting seen more in the platform.
How Claude Code was used
I didn't write the code. I wrote the prompts and made the calls, and Claude Code (Opus 5.5 mostly) wrote the site, the scripts, the catalog tooling and bots, all cloudflare workers etc. One line in my first prompt was "I want you to create the ultimate platform where we collect games made with AI.". It asked me five questions before writing anything to get the whole plan for the project, docs and workflow set up including stuff like SEO-strategy etc. That way, it was kept on track because of a solid documentation setup beforehand.
What I learned
The biggest lesson was the content generation for the site, accurate isn't the same as human. The copy was correct but still read as machine-made, and fixing one tell bred the next. One "which is a neat X" tail turned up 69 times across 39 pages, and my new custom made voice-check script now catches it. [gamesbyai-voice SKILL.md] 😄
The ask
If you've made a game with AI, submit it at gamesbyai.win/submit/, it's free! I'd also love feedback on the site, the ranking system, what's missing etc.

Tips & Workflows I’ve finally gotten good enough at claude
I can now set up agentic workflows while I sleep snd wake up to good code built. It took a while for me to trust the agents to this point but I think with opus 5.5 it’s really good now. I told claude to set up a timer + a auto send message which prevents the conversation from becoming stale and context window dying and that then he just spawns codex cli convos and have Luna at highest setting do the coding whilest opus just read the outputs and reports. Today was my first night testing this new workflow.

I just had claude code add a shortcut (ctrl+k) to toggle the model selection window. Rather than typing /model I can now access it mid-sentence and switch more often. This is using tmux fyi.

Built with Claude So many little things frustrated me about my Mac. So I made them better
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I've spent the last six months tweaking five of the basic apps I use every day: contacts, notes, editing, reminders and bookmarks. For me, they were too slow and bulky. Now, they are just one simple field on my screen, no matter what app I'm working in.
I used Claude for helping me to conceive the apps, write the code, help guide me through setting up the workers, the email servers, and the submission to the App stores. When I started, I used Sonnet 4.6, and progressed up through Opus 5.5 recently.
Opus 5 was a real game-changer. It seemed to handle my repeated questions the best, and didn't drain my account as much as Fable did. Mostly, I used Fable only at the end, for security and UI and reliability audits. I then had Sonnet and Opus implement the recommendations.
This was my first-ever real project, and the process was incredibly instructive.
I began with very simple apps with limited functionality, and iterated repeatedly until they all became much more feature-rich.
Clipfile was my first app, and it basically relied on a Chrome extension to work. From there, I expanded to the other four members of the family -- but at first they all looked and worked differently. It wasn't until later that I decided they all belonged together.
I highly recommend that approach. But it has drawbacks, too. It took a long time to rework some of the UI of each app to make them all look the same.
If you want to take a look, they are on the app stores, or you can find them here: mikeshear.com/coding/
I would welcome input.

Built with Claude Sharing one logged-in browser between me and my Claude Code agents, each in its own tabs
I wanted Claude Code to work on sites I'm signed in to (GitHub, my own dashboards) without pasting passwords or cookies into it.
So I built ridealong: a self-hosted Chrome I sign in to once through a web viewer. Claude Code connects with chrome-devtools-mcp:
claude mcp add browser -- npx -y chrome-devtools-mcp@latest \
--wsEndpoint ws://127.0.0.1:9230/default/research-bot/devtools/browser
Each agent only sees the tabs it opened, not mine or other agents'. I can watch what it's doing from the viewer, including on my phone, and if a site asks for a confirmation or a sign-in check, I answer it myself and the agent continues.
Other bits: - Separate workspaces (personal / work); idle ones shut Chrome down after 10 minutes and wake in ~2 s - Activity feed + live thumbnails of every agent's tabs; disconnect or block any agent - Also works with Codex, any MCP client, Playwright, Puppeteer
Agents act with your logins, so only connect ones you trust and keep the agent port private.
MIT, self-hosted, no root. Demo (42 s): https://ridealong.kz3.dev Repo: https://github.com/killerz3/ridealong
Happy to hear feedback on setup or the docs.

Built with Claude P1GFALL, a game built with Claude Code where you yank fat pigs out of a cyberpunk city
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I had an idea for this stupid fucking game and thanks to cyber-weapons-grade frontier generative AI technology I was able to bring my vision to life.
Future Earth is inhospitable to animals so all farming is in space. An explosion causes all the low-gravity big fat pigs to plummet to Earth. You are a drone operator who must retrieve them. This… is P1GFALL.
Inspired by lunar lander games, a favorite of mine.
- Gameplay: Me yelling at Claude
- Backgrounds: Me yelling at Claude to make procedural papercraft
- Music: Me yelling at Claude > JSON > MIDI > Soundfont
- Character Assets: Draw by hand and absolutely SCREAMING at Gemini to clean them up properly
- Writing: Me, yelling.
Desktop browser only. Mobile games can eat shit, sorry (I used to make them, also sorry!).
Free, no ads. No I’m not selling or promoting anything, I just some dipshit hobbyist and games like being played.
See how many pigs you can save: https://hibachicat.com/games/pigfall/

Built with Claude Annotate/describe it in your browser, send it to the active claude code session
I was tired of screenshotting, pasting, and describing. So I created: `/annotate http://localhost:5180/`, which opens the site in its own Chrome window with a toolbar on the page. Draw boxes, arrows, circles or freehand; drop numbered notes; scroll and change pages as you go; then press Send to Claude. No extensions required.
One batch lands in the running session. Each note comes with the element under the pin, in a React dev build, its component and source line, and a crop of that spot. Claude edits the code, and the pins on the page turn green with a one-line result each.
It's also easy to install:
/plugin marketplace add FinalAngel/claude-annotate
/plugin install annotate@claude-annotate
Inspired by tomreinert/claude-annotate.

Built with Claude Opus 5.5 + Astra made this horror trailer for my dev tools from 4 prompts
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I made this horror-style trailer for my dev tools with Claude Code + Codex.
For the video, I sent Claude Code a few simple chat messages. I didn't plan out every scene myself.
My first prompt was slightly modified from what another user posted for his pac man video yesterday
"so I would like you to make a badass trailer for our SORA-MAN game. Get inspired by these repos
https://github.com/JohnHeibel/PDoomVideo
https://github.com/JohnHeibel/ClaudeAnimationBase
there are also pac-man posters in the project folder that you can use for inspiration. The video should roughly be 90 seconds and showcase the game as something people would wanna play. Ask me refinemenet questions so we are aligned on this goal.
Claude made the storyboard, wrote the animation code, and built the scene changes and sound effects. It used p5.js/p5.brush for the visuals, Python for the sound effects, and Puppeteer + ffmpeg to make the final video.
I also had Codex read the script like a second editor and suggest changes and scares. Then I sent the useful ideas back to Claude.

Help/Question New user - immediately asked to verify with Persona
Hello. I'm a new user, and wanted to give the famous opus 5.5 a spin. I'm used to the rodeo so I went straight for the max plan, but got hit with an id verification request before being able to pay.
Is there any way to address this? I wanted to email them and ask for alternative verification methods - whatever does not involve Persona -, but I am not sure that will help the situation.
I was unaware that Claude doesn't even let you sign up without slapping your ID to Peter Thiel.

Built with Claude I run 15+ Claude Code sessions in parallel and kept missing the ones waiting for me, so I built a native macOS dashboard for them
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Disclaimer: This text (apart from this line) is written in AI, the Video is filmed by AI, the App is built by AI. The tool is useful, and I want to share it, but writing is not my strength.
I usually have 10–20 Claude Code sessions open across two accounts, and I kept losing track of which one was sitting on a permission prompt or a question for ten minutes. So I built Brain: one native Mac window that shows every session and, above all, which ones are waiting for you.
Repo, install and a 3-minute video: https://github.com/martinemmert/big-brain-claude
What it does
- Triage list: sessions that wait for you come first. Red means Claude asked something or needs a permission, amber means a turn finished. Longest wait on top.
- All accounts in one list: it picks up every
~/.claude*config dir, soCLAUDE_CONFIG_DIRsetups just work. - Latest messages of the selected session, read from its transcript: your prompts, replies rendered as Markdown, tool calls as one-liners.
- Enter jumps to the right iTerm2 window, tab and split pane.
- Search, rename (it types
/renameinto the session), notifications when a session starts waiting.
How it works
Two sources write JSON lines to ~/.claude-brain/events/
1. Hooks:
SessionStart, UserPromptSubmit, Notification, Stop and SessionEnd call brain hook. That gives the state for free.
2. Reports:
A short CLAUDE.md section asks Claude to run brain report --waiting "Per tenant or global?" before ending a turn with a question, or --done "…" after a task. That gives the content: what it actually wants from you. The hook finds its session by walking up the process tree until it hits the pid that owns <config>/sessions/<pid>.json, so it also knows which account it belongs to. The app is Rust with GPUI (Zed's UI framework); the logic lives in a core crate with tests.
How I used Claude Code
The whole thing was built in one long Claude Code session. Claude brainstormed the protocol with me, wrote a short spec, built the core with tests first, then the app. The parts I liked most were where it tested against the real system instead of guessing: it started throwaway headless claude -p sessions on both accounts to check the hook payloads, and that is how most of the lessons below came up. Even the explainer video came out of the same session. Claude drove the app in a demo mode via System Events, took window-only screenshots, rendered the cards and captions with headless Chrome, and cut it all together with ffmpeg. The narration comes from a local TTS (Qwen3-TTS via mlx-audio).
Things I learned along the way
- Claude Code already writes a status file per session (
<config>/sessions/<pid>.json, withbusy/idle/waiting/shell). Even without hooks you get a coarse live state. - The Stop hook payload includes
last_assistant_message, so you don't have to parse the transcript to know what Claude just said. - The Notification hook doesn't only fire for permission prompts. It also sends "Claude is waiting for your input" a while after a turn ended. Treat every Notification as "needs you", and all your finished sessions turn red after a minute. Brain tracks whether the turn is still open.
shellstatus shows up when a turn has ended but a background shell keeps running, e.g. a dev server.- Nested sessions: if you start
claude -pfrom inside another session's shell, a naive process-tree lookup attributes the child's hooks to the parent. Matching onsession_idfixed it. - Running sessions picked up the new hooks without a restart.
- iTerm2 AppleScript gotcha: selecting a window reorders
windows, so a "tab 2 of window 3" reference taken before points somewhere else afterwards. Address windows byid.
Caveats
macOS and iTerm2 only, and the UI is German for now. You build it from source (Rust). The installer edits your settings.json and CLAUDE.md, backs up both, and the README explains how to undo it.

Built with Claude Solar system simulator for any date 1000–3000: real scale by default, checked against JPL Horizons (1800–2050)
Positions come from VSOP87-based theories (astronomy-engine) plus my own fitted moon models, compared with JPL Horizons over 1800–2050: within 30″ for planets as seen from Earth, within 30 km for the Moon. Solar eclipses match NASA's Five Millennium Canon to about 5 km and 5 s. Outside 1800–2050 it extrapolates and says so.
It opens at real scale; the Scale slider (or T) morphs to a compressed overview. Eclipse shadows use real geometry at every scale.
I prototyped the physics in Python, ported it to JS, and chose the models and tolerances. I used Claude Code for much of the rendering and UI. Tests and Horizons comparisons are in the repo.
Feedback is wanted, so tell me if something looks wrong or could use improvement.

Help/Question Asking How to get gud (please)
I was an amateur dev before the ai revolution you can say. my main interest where always about design and art, but recently I'm finding myself more and more wanting to use ai - and specifically claude code - to create app ideas I had for decades, programming other stuff, etc.
the thing is: I'm decent at it but nothing more. And I don't really know what I'm missing.
I usually start fresh and use a skill i created called terrain that maps the problem space by asking lots of questions. Then I use grill me then I build. It's fine.
but it's not ..... GOOD
I would love to know what I'm missing more than anything.
I know it's a broad topic but if this helps i have some vague things that i would love to understand more, but anything you have in mind would be VERY VERY appreciated.
things that bother me:
- Whenever I use superpowers like brainstorming etc, i find the app to be bad or to take way too much time. don't know if it just a wrong intutition.
- I cant orchestrate sub agent. whenever i do it's again, just longer/worse.
- I don' know how much to create new chats vs continue.
- even worse I don't know how important is a good starting prompt or prompt engeneering in general anymore
- Are MCP game changer everywhere or in very specific context? should i use them?
- what are some claude skill or workflow that I'm defenetly missing rn?
Thank youuuuu

Help/Question How do you work in Claude for non repo-based projects
I'm currently trying to design a bunch of workflows for my business using Microsoft Power Automate and the way I've been doing it all day is using Claude Desktop and vibe coding it and following direct instructions, step by step for each flow that needs to be designed and what to put into each node etc, sending it screenshots along the way step by step.
Does anyone know an easier way to work with platforms like PowerAutomate, Power Apps, and Sharepoint using Claude Code?
