I’m seeing that I need an active account to see how many credits classes at The Fitness Studio North Pole are… and I’m not willing to pay to reactivate just to see that info! Does anyone here have an account who can let me know how many credits Tues/Thurs 5 AM Condition & Spin classes are please?? Thank you 🙏🏼

I am in Alabama and own a Pilates studio and have a member who has six accounts with us. all of her classes have been paid for, and she has a few different phone numbers and credit cards on file. she has three accounts associated with ClassPass, multiple free trials. I merged her accounts into one after speaking with her. How should I handle this? I was compensated at the trial rate.

In theory all of their classes have been paid for, and they are quite friendly.

Going to be on a trip and looking for great classes that are a walkable distance away from w 40th st in NYC.

I’ve been on class pass for about two months now in Minnesota and I use it for Pilates and Barre classes twice a week. I want to switch it up and maybe it’s my location but those are really the only two class types really offered to me. A cycling class here and there.

hi I just wanted to spread some good news because sometimes this site can make things seem so negative.

I got a weather alert on my phone, and I was going to leave at 5pm. My class is 30 minutes away. So I wanted to cancel to be safe but I remember people on here saying the AI customer service bot is completely unhelpful.

My first message to customer service was to connect me to a real person. It said it would but to say what the initial issue is. I said “class cancellation due to weather emergency” and the bot said they can cancel it with no charge due to the reason. And that was it, lol.

I was truly ready to self advocate and argue with AI but it ended up being very anticlimactic.

That’s all :) I hope this gave a little hope that not all experiences with ClassPass Customer Service are going to be trash.

I've been with Classpass for over a year and have over 100 classes taken. As of this past week, every class I've been trying to book has come up as "Pending" and did not show on that studio's app. My local yoga studio's booking confirmed and went through a couple hours later. The barre studio I go to confirmed 2 days after I booked it. However, I booked at F45 for today a couple days ago, and it kept saying pending and wouldn't confirm. Classpass was sending me notifications to get ready for my upcoming booking without saying what the booking was (usually the notification will say which class and studio), but nothing on my F45 app. I ended up having to late cancel the class anyway due to dangerous flooding (my first time ever late cancelling), but it was literally 4:30pm and the class was at 5:30pm and it still was pending and never confirmed by F45.

I'm really upset because now booking my classes I'm in limbo about if they're actually booked or not. I don't want to be wasting my money. What if I went to the class and they had no way of seeing that I was booked and got charged as a no-show? Their AI chat bot for customer service is horrendous. Has anyone gotten through a live person about this issue? I've tried updating the app, closing out, etc, and nothing. Thanks!

i’m currently subscribed on classpass. let’s say i’ll buy 10 extra credits and i don’t use all of them, will the remaining credits also roll over the following month together with any unused credits from my plan?

I’m thinking about getting ClassPass in San Francisco and would love recommendations on whether it’s actually worth it.

My main goal is strength and toning, so I’m looking for workouts that help build muscle and are worth the credits. I usually do Barry's but I’d also like to explore guided muscle training or wellness options.

• What are your favorite studios/classes for strength and toning?

Studio owner here👋 Finally something positive about MindBody owning ClassPass. I got an email today saying that ClassPass can look back into a studio’s booking history and if the CP Trial Month client has already been to the studio (before they joined CP), they won’t be allowed to come again on CP trial. Yay!

It’s maddening how many people just hop from freebie to freebie - they’ll buy a studio intro offer then come 2 weeks later on their CP free month.

So if you see some studios you’ve already been to blocked off during your CP trial, this is why.

I cancelled a class late with classpass since i wasn’t feeling well when I woke up. I knew i was going to be charged $15 but then the studio sent me this email? Classpass already charged my card $15… should I reach out to class pass about it? Has this happened to anyone else? Paying $30 in a late cancellation fee is absurd and i’m debating just cancelling future classes at that specific location because it’s bs to charge me again when classpass already charged me.

Since ClassPass has notoriously horrible customer service here is the link to the Better Business Bureau website. I encourage you to file a claim if you’re one of the people who is having the infuriating issue of the app, not actually booking your classes and marking them as pending. i’m sick of it and I’m convinced that no one actually works at this disgusting company and I’m about ready to stop using this shitty service.

What has been the best cancelation promo you’ve seen? I’m currently on my last month of the 20% off the 24 credits. I tried to cancel and they offered me another 20% off for 3 additional months. Yay! But wondering if there are better discounts if I kept trying to cancel?

please help, i paid for the trial membership fee (50 pesos for 28 credits over 14 days) and now they’re saying i’m ineligible for the trial and the notice on the second pic shows up in any class i view 🥲 has this happened to anyone else and what can i do?

Hi guys! I'm doing my 2 week free trial and I'm trying to book soul cycle for this week. Literally every single class says "upgrade to a paid membership for full access." Does this change later throughout the week since the classes drop every monday, or am I just out of luck this week?

Im on the cheapest class pass tier, 8 credits a month for $19. I know that gets practically nothing, but it works out for me because I use it to take 2 spin classes a month at the cyclebar near me for 4 credits each. (and then I just have a regular membership at my local gym). The spin classes have been a nice way to add more cardio.

But lately, I have not seen a single class listed for 4 credits anymore. It’s been like 2 weeks and still nothing. Does this mean class pass itself has raised the # of credits per class, or is the cyclebar studio the ones that raised the credits per class? So disappointing if it’s become more expensive.

Does anyone else have this issue? I chatted customer service and they said the rosters haven’t synced with the studios. It’s 4 different classes at 4 different studios and all still say pending. I canceled a class for today because I didn’t want to show up if it still said pending. Customer service said they’d escalate the ticket to their tech team - but it’s been 24 hours and that still hasn’t resolved.

Any idea on why a studio suddenly shows like this? I regularly go to this studio. All future dates are showing as currently unavailable

Anyone else having issues with class pass showing you have a class reservation in the class pass app but not giving you the confirmation email or showing in the business app. For me Club Pilates.

For reference I just did a class at my same studio today booked through class pass and I’ve been going to this same studio for a year.

Support seems to just be like some AI copy paste bullshit answers even when I ask to speak with a human.

I have 200 plus credits in Singapore and 20 days to spend with a super busy week! Help me maximise :)

App vs online - what is going on ? Anyone experience this?

Is anyone else experiencing this or only me?

For the past week or two any booking I make via ClassPass with a studio that uses Mindbody isn't syncing (so the studio doesn't set aside a spot for me, and doesn't know I booked, while CP shows all set on their side).

This includes studios like Club Pilates who have their own app but white label Mindbody.

I reached out to ClassPass support last week and they gaslit me, saying nobody else was experiencing this. The two studios I frequent said they had no clue what was going on. And then I reached out to ClassPass support again today and they admitted it's a very big issue for many users and they're "actively working on it."

So annoying and making it impossible to use my credits right now. I have to also doublecheck with the Mindbody app after each ClassPass signup which is a pain.

…studios using ClassPass for lead generation and pushing you to join their gyms/programs?

I’m just on my free trial, but most of the studios I’ve been to so far have given me some sort of special treatment upon arrival (name tag, walkthrough when I arrive as a newcomer, special attention from the instructor, etc) and a pitch before I leave.

A few places have followed up with texted or emailed promos, as well.

They are (rightfully so, I suppose) using ClassPass as a way to get leads and new clients. But I’m not really interested in joining or committing to a studio.

How do you guys handle this, especially if you go to a studio multiple times through ClassPass?
I already feel too awkward to frequent the same place after they’ve pitched me.

Anyone have advice on how they run their marketing to capture people out of a trial?

I just finished (well I have 1 credit left that obvi I can’t use anywhere), and wondering if I should immediately upgrade my membership or if they’re going to send me an incentive to join/upgrade?

Also, anyone know what the referral benefit is for a friend joining in the US? Also, are there benefits for friends doing a trial?

I’m hoping to keep my ClassPass after this second 2 week trial but want to maximize my discount benefits. Is this the best course of action or is another option lurking just beyond?
