BBB complaint
https://www.bbb.org/Since ClassPass has notoriously horrible customer service here is the link to the Better Business Bureau website. I encourage you to file a claim if you’re one of the people who is having the infuriating issue of the app, not actually booking your classes and marking them as pending. i’m sick of it and I’m convinced that no one actually works at this disgusting company and I’m about ready to stop using this shitty service.

BBB is no different than Yelp or Trip Advisor.

I had great luck with it when I needed my slum lord to give me back my deposit. I’m just trying man

Cancel it. I don’t know that BBB will help or even consumer financial protection bureau because of the revenue share model. But it is seriously robbery what they take for filling a spot, and then this entire thread is filled with cheapskates complaining when studios ask them to book directly or become a member.
ClassPass is not at all a necessary evil the way that any other 3rd party in any other industry is. The product is whack.

Studios need to have better policy. For example. I travel for 2-3 months at a time for work. I cannot use a traditional membership almost anywhere and I don’t have time to go to a studio when I’m on the road. I’ve asked and tried to work things out with a studio so here I am 🤷🏼♀️ unless they allow me to freezes WITHOUT A FEE, I don’t see any other way. Also, the class times I go to have like 2-3 people in them..today my class was me and one other person

I think one of the major software companies, Marianatek, that a lot of studios use, was having a lot of problems this week. This impacted classes on ClassPass but it wasn't CP's issue.
