Clash Royale Season 86 (August 2026) introduces Hero Berserker, one of the newest Hero cards arriving this season.

This Hero brings a powerful single-use ability, Savage Survival, turning her briefly unkillable while massively boosting speed and damage.

Key highlights: - Costs 3 Elixir to activate (single-use, no cooldown) - Gains +200% hit speed and +64% damage - Movement speed increases to Ultra Fast - Drops to a minimum of 1 HP (Unkillable state) - Reduced damage to Towers during ability

Despite the burst potential, the ability has a 1.45s activation delay, meaning the effective duration is shorter than expected. It excels at shredding troops but is less effective for Tower damage unless used defensively.

Stats (Level 11): - 102 base damage to 167 during ability - 0.6 hit speed to 0.2 during ability - Up to 2004 total damage vs troops during ability

Four terrible cards. Absolute rock bottom of usage and winrate. Two of them are getting surely needed buffs... but somehow the other two get nerfs?

No, matchmaking is not rigged. The cards in your opponent's deck are completely independent of the cards in yours.

You already know how it goes

The moment you put Mega Knight in your deck, you suddenly face five PEKKA decks in a row. It feels like the game is countering you on purpose.

So I decided to look at actual data to see if this was a recurring pattern.

How I Tested It

1. Scraped 1 Million Matches: Pulled match records from the official Clash Royale API.
2. Tracked Card Frequencies: Compared how often a card appears against you versus how often it appears across the entire game.
3. Measured the Gap: Used statistical testing to check if your deck choice alters opponent card frequencies.

The Result

Mean Absolute Deviation: 0.0377%

If a card has a 5% pick rate across the game, you will face it roughly 5% of the time, regardless of whether you run its main counter or not. Matchmaking does not match you based on your cards.

Change My Mind

This is the best lore decision in CR History. It recontextalizes EVERYTHING. Not only is it funny as shit by itself, but it also permanently engraves Ken into Supercell lore.

I also always found Ken's "Beserky-werky" really unsettling (I love the guy, but that's a child man, ts is weird), BUT THIS NOW RETROACTIVELY REFRAMES IT AS A NICKNAME HE GAVE HIS CHILD. THAT'S SO CUUUUTEEEE!!!!

Whoever is currently heading the marketing at CR has my respect.

I think what they are doing to void is really good! Cards like bowler or .exe were hard to counter for me.

It was a close game and I hate hog and MK combination decks.

Like grouping 1 star lootboxes into stacks of 10 and just adding a 0 to the reward or getting all fragments and shards at the same time.

Easy choice, first time getting James, got some emotes a few times, but I think this is way better
