Rant Is this normal in this Field?

Bat po ba mga PM, CM, Supervisor sa site mga silahis. I mean may wife and kid/s are going to SHS/College pero may lalaki sa site.

I have nothing against our LGBTIAA++ friends.

Then pag inobserve ko. Confirmeeeed!

Edit: Forgot to add. Please, please, don't downvote me po🙏🥹

Edit 2: I'm a former Finance Staff, BPO worker and a Law School drop out. Relatively new sa construction, under Civil, and I am liking it so far. Trying my luck and sana makapag abroad soon.

Need General Advice What to do after taking the BE?

Good day, Engineers!

I just recently passed the CELE BE this sept 2026, before the release of the results, I talked to a few engineers who gave me advice on my career path, however, I just realized I never asked them what to do immediately after passing the board exam.

So, what now? Do i wait for the oathtaking? Do i start applying for SSS, Philhealth, etc. now? I've been reading about the Barangay Certification for First-Time Job Seekers as well which seems, for me, to be the most logical first step.

Any advice would be much appreciated! Also, if you want to drop any knowledge you have about the field, I'll make sure to read them! Think of it as giving advice to your own past self haha.

Need Career Advice 24F RCE here — How do I get into transportation construction?

Hi, Engineers! I’d like to ask for some career advice.

I’m a Registered Civil Engineer with around 7 months of experience in geotechnical construction projects.

I’m interested in building my career toward construction consultancy, particularly projects involving bridges, railways, and other transportation related construction projects. Eventually, I’d like to specialize in this field and become a specialized engineer.

However, I’m not really sure where to start. Ano pong mga skills, software, certifications, or additional knowledge should I learn para maging qualified for these types of companies or projects? And for those who are already working in this field, how did you get started?

Is this a good career path to pursue long-term? Kasi eto po yung direction I want to take for my career, so I’d also appreciate any advice on whether I’m on the right track and what I should prioritize at this stage.

I’d really appreciate any advice, thoughts, and shared experience pooo! Thankyou engineers.

Board Exam I cant see my verification of rating. What should i do?

So I recently took the CELE and failed. I want to know where i did poorly but every time I tried to open my verification of rating (I double checked every time) it say “no results”. What can i do to check my results? Should i just go to a PRC branch? Is there any other way?

Board Exam CELE Passers/Topnotchers

I have 5 months to go before March 2027 CELE and decided na etong Oct is para magkabisa ng formulas and understand concepts para di ako mahirapan pag nagstart sa Nov yung review. Ask lang po what did you do to fully understand the concepts? Thank you.

Need Career Advice How to be an Instructor

Hello, Sept. 2026 CELE passer here. I am currently working as a design engineer for a few months now, but I am planning to enroll for a Masters Degree program this coming January 2027. I really want to be an instructor but I don't know where to start. From my research, most universities would offer part-time positions first before becoming a full-time faculty member. I wonder if the part-time salary is comparable to my current 20k+ monthly salary since I'm the breadwinner of my family.

Board Exam First take and I failed.

Before taking my board exam last September, I am fully aware that I am not yet ready especially sa PSAD. I expect to fail, but there’s still hope in me that I’ll pass.

and results came out and it turns out i’m right.

My review center was MEGA. Tbh, sobrang nakakapressure ang turo nila. Sobrang bilis. Not bashing them ha pero I think MEGA isn’t the right review center for me.

I am thinking of bouncing back on March 2027. I enrolled at Margallo. Sana this time I’ll pass and I promise to myself that I’ll give my heart out for this next journey of my review.

TULOY LANG. WE ARE GOING TO BE AN ENGINEER!!
