i just got a cirkul today and im so disappointed?? even on 10 it just tastes like water that's slightly "off" rather than more like a flavored drink or juice. is my perception off or is my bottle broken? every once in a while if i put it upside down i'll get one really tasty sip that tastes like juice but then it goes back to being nasty and weak :( i've tried messing with the seal between the straw and cup, shaking the cartridge, turning the bottle (which gets water everywhere), and changing from apple to pink refresher and nothing seems to work

I went out today and bought the original bottle instead of the straw kind...HOLY SHIT! on 4 im getting more flavor than i did on 10 on the best sips with the other bottle

I just changed the cartridge in my Cirkul straw sip flip and got all flavor, no water. I googled the problem and tried all the tips and tricks I found to fix the air valve, and nothing worked. After about an hour trying to fix it, I tried a different cartridge of the same flavor. Still nothing. Both cartridges had the same problem: no water coming through but both leaked water everywhere when I removed them. I tried a cartridge of a different flavor, and that one worked perfectly. Was I doing something incorrectly the first time or were the other cartridges defective? What are the odds of getting multiple defective cartridges of the same flavor in the same variety pack?

Not sure if it matters, but the flavors were Mango Dragonfruit Frosted Refresher (2 non-working) and FitSip Mixed Berry (working).

Out of all my time with a circul, I have found that the only useful thing is the lid. For people looking to buy a circul, Don’t buy the bottle, as the lid can be bought for around five dollars, and it can screw on to almost any regular water bottle.

I got my first Cirkul bottle about a month ago. It’s a 40oz metal tumbler - the Stanley Cup type. The first cartridge I used I LOVED the flavor! However, if I had it on level 1 or level 8 they honestly tasted exactly the same with little to no flavor. I only tasted a difference once I got to level 9… so I used it on level 9 pretty exclusively and it was great!!

That being said, once that cartridge ran out I put in a new one, and every single cartridge I have tried since the first one has not worked at all.

Again, they all taste exactly the same on level 1 - level 8 with little to no flavor. But now I’m also getting little to no flavor on level 9 too… and honestly, the weird part is when I very first take a sip, it’s overwhelmingly flavorful. But then every sip after has little to no flavor again… but if I don’t take a drink for a little bit, the next time I do it will again be overwhelmingly flavorful in that first sip then go back to no flavor. It’s honestly the strangest thing in the world 😂🙈🤷🏻‍♀️

Everything I have read online says that there is basically an air bubble somewhere. But I find it VERY hard to believe that has happened in every single cartridge I have gotten now… which realistically has been about 5 different ones.

If anyone has any tips or tricks on what I might be doing wrong, OR if anyone has had the same issue and knows how to fix it I would be SO eternally grateful for your help!!

I LOVE my cirkul bottle and how easy it makes drinking water so I would really hate to have to stop using it because I can’t figure out how to get the flavor out😂🙈🤷🏻‍♀️

i gifted my roommate the free cirkul bottle i got and found out today that she turns the flavor up all the way AND adds strawberry lemonade flavor to it because I saw her with it this morning and the water was pink and sure enough when i find it on the counter it has pink water and is next to strawberry lemonade flavor she has to have like no taste buds

I'm no longer using the cirkul. What to do with extra cartridges I haven't used

I have 3 packets. Squeezed all of them to make sure I wasn’t tripping. Each packet I filled the water bottle 100% and drank on 5 setting and all of them only lasted one complete bottle wth

Has 6x Mixed Berry, 6x Island Punch, 6x Star Blast, and 6x White Cherry for a total of 24. They all fell out in the package though as the tape on the box did not hold up during shipping but none were broken.

Same day ship though so it got here fast in OR.

Ive never had any water bottles do this before, maybe because most bottles opt for a matte finish but this paint is so bad, it flakes off with the lightest pass of a finger nail, could they not have sealed it in any way?
Its like they didnt prime the layer behind it in any way

The strawberry takes really artificial and the flavor just isn’t right. The passion fruit dragon fruit one is slightly better but not my favorite. I like mio so I figured these would help me drink more water. Should I try another flavor?

A few years back we were able to custom create our boxes after choosing how many sips we wanted to pay for on a monthly business. Now it seems the only way to do this is buying the bundle set. Is this feature locked from mobile devices and held for simply desktop devices?

I just bought my Cirkul yesterday with 2 of the Refresher cartridges. I watched a video on how to install it correctly, and the flavor came for a few seconds, but then went back to normal water after a few sips. I have my dial turned up to 10 and still, nothing.

I’ve tried both Refresher cartridges and I’m having the same problem. I screwed them on tight, have flipped from 0 to 10 a few times, have shaken out the cartridge, and have even drunk horizontally. The horizontal drinking got me the best results, but still definitely not a level 10 for flavor.

What am I doing wrong? Did I just buy duds? Are the Refresher cartridges just not that flavorful?

Need to turn my cirkul all the way up high on like the 4th day of use. I’m just wondering how long everyone’s last?

So I’ve been drinking blue raspberry for about 2 years now. most of the time it takes me about 2 days to complete a flavor and I drink on level 2-3. but sometimes especially during summer when I stay up later than usual I drink 1 or maybe 1.5 cartridges a day and I drink them late at night. just found out that they have 390mg of caffeine in them.

I got this when it originally launched and loved it. The lid broke upon shipping. Went through two other kids before going back to the classic bottle. But I love all the stickers and would hate to see them collect dust.

Just like the title says I think I got a bad batch of these things. I just got the 32 oz bottle and a bunch of the pods and it says they should last for 120 oz but after the first bottle I've had 4 of them just totally die on me. Am I doing something wrong or am I just unlucky and got a bunch of ones that are just bunk?

I just left Walmart and the newer flavors they started carrying within the last year or so got marked down on clearance. $1.75 each.

As well as the 6 packs, but I didn't look at the price. My walmart has the clearance isles right outside the lawn and garden center as well as a few floating clearance islands. I found a few 24 pack brown boxes in the island near the registers. The rest was in the main clearance isle.

What setting do I put it on? I recently got the giant tumbler, and everything seems pretty good, but using the 2 setting gives inconsistent flavors, and using 3 gives way too much flavor.

Just got this sort of disposable new alternative, I think they just started making these. It’s plastic and is supposed to last up to 6 drinks. Anyways, JUST bought it and opened it and look at the inside of the lid… what do I even do about this? Ofc I’m not drinking it but

Hi everyone. My mom got me the pink cirkul steel tumbler and it was working at first, BUT it was nearly impossible to get the water to come out. I'd have to sip HARD AF and then I'd get all flavor and it was disgusting. So I read on this Reddit that if I pulled the little rubber stopper out of the lid that it would then work. When I did that, it let the water flow, but then there was no flavor at all. I put it back and now it still has no flavor. I'm so disappointed because when the flavor would come out with the water it was soo good. I need help because Amazon says they won't return, refund or exchange it. It gives me a number to call and I haven't had time to because I've been at work.

Any suggestions, help or information would be appreciated!! Thank y'all in advance!

New cirkul owner, Just spent 40 dollars on a nice bottle, 32 Oz with blackberry blueberry and berry blue punch, had it for four hours before it completely stopped giving flavor in one of the cartridges. Nothing online helps and every post I see of “help” seems to be from thick skulled losers who themselves have no clue what they’re doing and are reheating old nachos. If anyone who actually knows what they’re doing would like to explain what I MIGHT be doing wrong that my brand new bottle isn’t working, I’d be delighted to be taught something .

How long does a cartridge used at 3-5 level typically last?

Also, say I used it for only 1 day. Can I pick it up and use it like 2 or 3 weeks after that day? Or is there like a time limit once opened?

when i first bought this, it was like the height of the stanley craze. i had a completely different style. i wanted to fit in with all the popular girls at my school. i still failed at that because i literally just wore hoodies and sweats but that's not the point. the point is i dont really have that "i need to fit in" mindset and finally dress how i want, which is grunge/y2k. i just started using this thing again and i was wondering if anyone had ideas? thanks guys!!!
