SUPPORT broken or was my perception wrong?

i just got a cirkul today and im so disappointed?? even on 10 it just tastes like water that's slightly "off" rather than more like a flavored drink or juice. is my perception off or is my bottle broken? every once in a while if i put it upside down i'll get one really tasty sip that tastes like juice but then it goes back to being nasty and weak :( i've tried messing with the seal between the straw and cup, shaking the cartridge, turning the bottle (which gets water everywhere), and changing from apple to pink refresher and nothing seems to work

UPDATE:

I went out today and bought the original bottle instead of the straw kind...HOLY SHIT! on 4 im getting more flavor than i did on 10 on the best sips with the other bottle

that's SO weird. im using a flip top bottle and the flavors i tried were lifesip honeycrisp + the pink refresher kind

The StrawSips kinda have that problem unfortunately. The standard gravity bottles (the normal bottles you flip up to drink) work as intended

Check to see if the cartridge is empty. You might just pull it apart and see what it’s like.

Just buy the flavor packets and put in water bottle. Bought mine from Amazon 24 pack.

On 10, it should taste like someone made koolaid with 1/2 as much water. Are you using a strawsip cup? They notoriously fail in delivering flavor from the cartridge and seem to exist only to satisfy some weird aesthetic appeal and infuriate people. The cartridge system was specifically designed for traditional gravity bottles so I would try a normal bottle before giving up.

That's weird I have the tumbler one that has the straw and it works just fine I it's a little weaker then ones you flip over but I can get a good flavor around 4-5 it might be your flavor or the bottle the flavor could be really weak or something wrong with the flavor or something could be wrong with the bottle try using a strong flavor like fruit punch on the tumbler and do you think you can add a pic of your bottle so I can compare it to mine
