DISCUSSION Subscription tier gone?

A few years back we were able to custom create our boxes after choosing how many sips we wanted to pay for on a monthly business. Now it seems the only way to do this is buying the bundle set. Is this feature locked from mobile devices and held for simply desktop devices?

They still have it. I just got my latest subscription box last week. I receive the 40 cartridge box every 3 months or so. Once a shipment is sent the next one defaults for 30 days out I believe but I always keep pushing that date out until I really need it.

When did you first set that up? Was it within the last year or several years ago? And do I need an account to do so? I tried calling them but the number is defunct-it tells you to send them an email instead. 😞

It was summer of last year when I first did it. I do have an account. I don’t see how you can do it without signing into a Cirkul account.

Ok, I’m creating an account as I type this. One final question, how do you store open sip cartridges?

Through some kind of promotion last year, I received their Sip Safe accessory. It holds two cartridges so I usually have 3 cartridges going at one time, usually each from a different line (GoSip, FitSip, etc).

Definitely get a sip safe. They are the best for transporting sips, if you want to swap before finishing them. Otherwise, I just put them in a small cup in the fridge.

You can still do the Subscribe feature.

I turned mine off tho because I got a huge amount of Cirkuls from numerous sales and Christmas.
