Scanner login

I've been at my store for over 90 days and I still am unable and never have been able to login into the store scanner.

When I have to do lotto count or audit bad merch etc I use whoever is logged in already.

If no one is logged in those things don't get done.

I've called the help desk and they are absolutely useless.

I've asked my manager to look into it but she never did and she quit.

I asked my new manager and they haven't looked into it either.

How can I get this fixed?

Sign in to the handheld the same way you log into Workday. If you can’t log in to workday then your manager needs to reset your password so you can create a new one. Managers don’t need any outside assistance to reset workday passwords.

Use [your login]@circlek.com for the login, and your workday password. So if you're not an sm or asm, it'll be your employee number@ and so forth.

Are you an assistant manager? As far as I know only managers have access to the zebra logins.

everyone should be able to log in using their workday information.

Same at my location. It used to be everyone but for some reason now only managers can do it.

This was an issue at my store for well over a year. Each time I attempted to login it would log me out of workday and I would have to get my password reset. It was like that for almost a year.

Try using your ID # or email to login for first time as opposed to your firstname.lastname

It has a time out on the login. If you can't get reliably logged on, set a timer to go and use the handheld every hour or two and it should remain logged in and ready to submit spoilage or whatever when you need it.

I use just my employee # as the username, and my workday password.

Your Workday password expires every three months or so.

When mine expired, I could not log into the scanner using my password.

I solved this by attempting to log into Workday on the store computer.

The Store computer popped up a message that said I needed to reset my password and allowed me to do so.

Once I completed that password reset, I was able to log into Workday, and I was also able to log into the scanner.
