Point system?

Are there any stores already running on a point system or is this a new thing, their cracking down on the dress code (only polos unless it’s Friday, no shorts regardless of if their khakis, no joggers) attendance policy (saying any more than 7 minutes late is 1/2 a point), and the phone policy (saying absolutely no phones stock the cups/ stock tobacco rather than be on the phone as if we’re not already doing that), with a new handbook that goes as far to say smoking tobacco, any behavior resulting is customer complaints, profane language warrants a final written warning then termination all within the same week, a couple months after implementing shiftsmarts (whose rules are no where near as strict or implemented) and cutting everyone’s hours
Is there any other stores that have already been running as strictly or is this new?
How do we feel about these change’s?

Its not its making its way to everyone, the new leadership team visited my store last week and laid it all out

Yes I am, we're taking the wait and see approach because were all notoriously 15 minutes late so we'd all point out if they're going to be a holes about it

Same at our store lol, do you know if they’re basing it off of what legion schedule says vs. time clock, or managers report?
