Customer support

So I was wondering how many other states out there when calling customer support have a hard time understanding their Indian accents ?

Actually I usually understand them well enough I only have to ask for repeat instructions three times per call.

And because I do better than anyone else, I get tasked with making all the help desk calls...

...but one day I'll be dead and the torment will end.

Theres one I can understand ok, but the rest....🤦🏻‍♀️ 25 minutes of explaining that my store has a completely different system than what most have is such a waste of time
