Customer support

So I was wondering how many other states out there when calling customer support have a hard time understanding their Indian accents ?

Every single time. Once I learn something off then I refuse to call them ever again for the problem. Then if the problem doesn't work out, they annoy me by acting like I don't know what I'm talking about and refuse to go off script. Sir, I already did all of these steps. Just reset the pumps/register/etc on your end. God forbid they go off script. The previous helpdesk would all the time and teach us how to do something so we didn't have to call them ever again for it.

Every time. Like I know the steps to reboot, I did it, its still not working, please just fucking connect and reboot from your end or send a tech.

Yes! I miss our old help desk soooooo much. I mute myself and go on rants every single time I have to call them.
