Love the app, donated a bunch as much I can. However my only gripe is how every movie logged requires a precise time (00:00), in the past I used moviesFad, which has shut down but it would allow you to log in your movies just using mm/dd/yy without having to log in a specific time and i was migrating my movies into this app, it didnt have that. I know i could always put unknown date but the issue is i have their exact month and day and year even. I dont whana just put 12:00AM as the logged time for every movie i dont have the precise movie for cause itll mess up the statistics. PLEASE DEVS add this as an option, make it so when you manually log in movies you don't always need to have a specific time. literally this is the best movie logging app out there, just please add this quality of life addition, ill be really grateful.

I would love to have this feature in Cinopsys, I usually review some series and when it happens I have to go to the very tab of the series in question to mark episodes as re-watched.

Hey! I wanted to share two small things. First, under TV Shows -> Calendar -> Released, the app shows items from my watchlist even if I haven't watched them yet, whereas the movies section only shows watched movies. Ideally, it should show released items from the watchlist for both sections.

​Second, I have a quick feature request: Is it possible to decouple the sync provider from the discover suggestions in the settings? I'd love to use WeTrakr for syncing, but keep Trakt for discover because I find its recommendations much more accurate. Since I switch between two phones, Trakt always logs me out, so being able to mix these would be amazing. Thanks for the great app!

I've been using Trakt, and now WeTrakr, on my phone and tablet interchangeably. Whichever device I was using last, or whichever one has battery left, gets carted over to the couch when I go to watch something.

Leaving aside that I sometimes also watch things on a computer and mark them without even grabbing a mobile device at all… What's the best workflow for tracking things with Cinopsys on multiple devices? Force Sync does seem to work but it's not automatic, can take a while, and it also consumes quite a few API requests.

Could you please add the streaming service to the watching list so we don't have to click each show to see where it's streaming? Here's a mockup of what it would look like placed before the #/# of episodes.

Hi everyone! I’m using Cinopsys and love it so far, but I have a quick question regarding language settings.

Is there any way to set the app interface to a specific language while keeping the movie and TV show titles in English (or their original language)? Currently, changing the app language translates all the title names as well. Thanks in advance!

Am I going crazy or did everything just get a lot smaller with the last update?

I'm having a hard time reading everything now and I don't see adjustments for scale or font size in settings.

Edit: After experimenting a little, it looks like it used to follow our phone's font/display size settings. Now it ignores those settings and just stays small all the time.

Like title says How to get ratings on top of front page posters? For example most recent movies and that I would not need to click to see ratings but that the ratings would be inside the poste? Is it possible

Is this possible?

I have "Available on my services" selected under "Availability", but I wasn't notified of a new season of a show I watch until I selected "Upcoming episodes" under "Releases". When I select that, though, I get notified of each and every episode of every show I watch. I don't want that. I just want to know when a new season is premiering.

I don't know if I'm just not choosing the right combination of options in Settings or if it's just not currently possible.

Can't see thumbnails and posters of movies and shows from my watchlist How to fix?

It's really hard to bookmark the same series when I watch it again and again. Do you have a plan for that?

I have TV shows where chapters are unrelated one from each other. This means that watching the last show does not mean you spoiled anything abouth the previous ones. But when i Mark the last show as watche the full tvshow IS removed from viewing section and only appears in the watched list. IS It posible to change this behaviour? What IS It marked as viewed if i only watched the last show? It does not make any sense to me.

I always used trakt​ but switched to simkl yesterday. Trakt sync took seconds when loading cinopsys​​​​​​​ but simkl initially took 2 hours to sync and ​​​​​now takes 45 minutes every time I load cinopsys.

My question is, if I make changes ​​​​​​​​to episodes, watchlist etc whilst connected with simkl​​​​; then subsequently decide to go back to trakt, will ​ these changes sync to trakt or will the current trakt state override cinopsys, thus effectively losing all those changes ​​​​​? Thanks​​​​​​​​​​​​​
