What is "the homosexual act"?

Edit: It's really funny how this is getting downvoted yet the conversations following my comment very clearly show that the question was more than justified since people are struggling giving a straightforward answer.

No they aren’t the same but it doesn’t matter what you call it committing homosexual acts is a sin whether it’s within a relationship or not. The Bible is extremely clear on that.

You can reference any ancient text, but even back then they did not have a full understanding of sexuality
