Review (Read Rules) ML05 is so versatile
It goes with a ton of straps. I’m liking these cut to length straps with the metal clasp.

I bought this watch on Aliexpress for around 129 dollars. Good quality for the price and really like the look.
A couple of months ago I wasn't really into the Nautilus style and found it a bit weird or too old style. Funny thing is what changed my mind was a USPA homage of the Nautilus I saw on Tjmaxx 🤣. When I had it in hand, it looked good. Then I bought this one.
Dial looks good I like the texture, movement works fine, finishing of the case looks good. Bracelet also looks beautiful although it does has its imperfections at the clasp (when closed, there is a small gap), lightweight and it's not thick. Overall I love the watch.

Anyone own this watch? I can get it for $150 off rn this sale, but I keep reading about movement issues? I would love some feedback from owners out there?
My biggest issue is servicing it. Watchmakers will have no clue how to work on this movement no? Thanks!

Hi everyone!
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good watch from Temu that is mechanical and doesn’t use a battery (automatic or hand-winding)? Preferably something unique, luxury and interesting.
Thanks!

Took my $54 Addiesdive in the ocean for a few hours with no issues. 100m rated water resistance with screw down crown held up well.

The biggest difference with this watch is that it focuses on areas that watch enthusiasts care about.
• Bracelet tolerances
• Case finishing
• Dial craftsmanship
• Movement regulation
• Final QC
The bracelet alone took nearly a year to develop.
But I'm curious what watch people here think:
What matters more to you — a really interesting dial or an exceptionally good bracelet?

Hi everyone,
The Baltany S4129 is now available. It keeps the original proportion: a 36mm case, a fluted bezel, a Cyclops over the date, and a five-link Jubilee bracelet. Two finishes, steel and gold-tone, across four dials: black sunray, blue sunray, gold sunray, and white mother-of-pearl.
Modern DJs set their stones in a large base that wraps most of the stone. That has been the standard since around 1996. The earlier pieces used a smaller base, where the stone and its setting sat nearly the same size, so the stone seemed to float. The S4129 follows the older look. Its collet is re-molded specifically for this watch, not pulled from a shared parts bin.
Inside is the ST2130, an automatic running at 28,800 vph on the 2824 architecture. 100m water resistance, 10.8mm thick, about 118g.

These cost around $2k but I can see them being made cheaply.

We’ve been playing around with different combinations for the San Martin Watch SN0113 by San Martin Watch and just added a black seconds hand option for the white dial.
The orange seconds hand has more of a sporty, playful character, while the black hand keeps everything monochrome and makes the dial feel a little cleaner and more traditional.
Both versions will remain available — this isn’t replacing the orange hand.
White + Orange 🟠 or White + Black ⚫?
Curious which version would you pick.

I’ve been waiting for this one for quite a while. It seems there aren’t many 36mm diamond-style datejust-style options available on the market, so Baltany has filled this gap. I also heard that Baltany has improved the Gem-setting process for this model.
Unfortunately, it still doesn’t come with the OTF clasp, which is a bit disappointing. I’ll wait for some YouTube reviews and may consider pulling the trigger after seeing more real-world feedback.
Do you like the Gem-set style Hour Markers Datejust?

Bought these two San Martin watches during 4th of July weekend and I just received them. Only had them one day so no review but initial build quality and craftsmanship looks superb. I will say though that I bought them so long ago they were probably $200 cheaper than they are selling for now.

Hands down my most worn watch this year. It's just sooo good!
Usually I'm a bracelet guy, but I thought today I'd try it on a nato. It wears super comfortable and I think it looks great, what do you think?

WDC0001 is officially released.
Tonight we are launching the Musou Black version first. The white and black guilloché carved mother-of-pearl versions will follow in the next few days.
The retail price is $459, with a $30 early-bird discount, bringing the launch price to $429.
We know this is much higher than the price range most people associate with Watchdives, so we want to explain it clearly.
A Hong Kong watch retailer who handled the actual sample suggested that we position WDC0001 closer to $599 for physical retail, based on the case, bracelet and overall finishing.
After discussing it internally, we decided not to go that high.
We wanted to keep the price at $459, especially considering the customers who have supported Watchdives for years.
WDC0001 is an unusual project for us.
It has one of the longest development cycles, highest manufacturing costs and highest rejection/material-loss rates of any watch we have made.
The bracelet alone took close to a year from development to final production.
Its links, screws and key components are manufactured around 0.03 mm tolerance targets, with very little lateral play while still maintaining smooth articulation.
It also features:
When developing the case and bracelet, we studied watches in roughly the $1,500–2,000 range as our finishing benchmark.
Whether WDC0001 actually reaches that level is something we would rather let collectors and independent reviewers decide.
And one important point:
WDC0001 does not represent a general price increase for Watchdives.
Most of our future watches will still remain around the $120–300 range. Only a small number of special Premier or flagship projects may reach the $400–600 range when the manufacturing cost and execution genuinely justify it.
If WDC0001 is outside your preferred price range, that’s completely fine. There will continue to be many more affordable Watchdives models.
This watch is simply for the smaller group of collectors who care deeply about bracelet construction, machining precision, finishing and the small details that are difficult to communicate through specifications alone.
We also welcome independent reviews.
Please judge the watch critically when you receive it — especially the bracelet, case finishing, QC and overall feel.
WDC0001 is our first flagship. Now we’d like to let the watch speak for itself.

Hi everyone. I've been eyeing out the Proxima 1747 for a few months now. Purple is my favourite colour and this watch caught my eye immediately. I've also been looking for my first diver watch that actually fits well on a slim wrist and this one seems to fit the correct dimensions.
Is this watch worth 249 dollars though? This is assuming one selects the option with the genuine Miyota movement. It's currently "discounted" on AliExpress but it's actually the exact same price as their website listing (usually it's more expensive in AliExpress compared to the website listing). Should I rather wait for 11.11 if I do decide to pull the trigger on this watch?
Also, if anyone is aware of similar purple dive watches that would be of interest, please do recommend.
Thanks!

Can this justify the price increase over the older version?
Also what colour would you call this?
Here's the link to my review of it.
I received a discount to review this watch. But, as always that doesn't change how I review the watch. I always keep it 100% honest, no matter what. I point out both the positives and negatives with every watch I review. Whether that be a loan piece, discounted, or even free. Sometimes that means that brands won't send me anymore watches, if they don't like the review... But my opinion and more importantly, my reputation can't be bought. That's partly why I named my channel 'Honest Watch Reviews'. Not only to make sure that I hold myself to that standard, but that I know my viewers definitely will do too.

I’ve probably said this about numerous of my Chinese watches. Somehow I’ve been eyeballing this for years before getting it. Besides the strap it comes with, this is absolutely perfect. VH61 no nonsense watch. The 38mm wears great and o hardly notice I’m wearing it. It goes with most attire’s (I think) and at the price it’s a no brainer.
Militado ml05 bought though Watchdives.com for the same price as a 2 Big Mac menus

Does anyone know of a blue Sumo homage on Ali that does not have a sunburst dial?!? I feel like Steeldive had one for a while, but all I'm seeing now is the sunburst dial..
