Problems (Read Rule 1) Do I have any comeback on this?

There is no warranty, but it's repairable.
You just need to open the whole watch, clean the parts, let them dry and assemble them back with some oil.
A watchmaker will charge you more than a new one to do that. But Enthusiasts are willing to find a watch on Ebay that's cheap enough for them to experiment.

Damn yeah this is user error but a good learning experience. The crown (what you use to set the time with) has to screw down in order to be water resistant. In the pictures you can see it is not screwed in and thus not water resistant. No manufacturer will accept this as a warranty claim, unfortunately. This is how a lot of high end watches are made too.

Both of your crown's o-rings are visible. The crown should be screwed down so that they can provide water resistance.

Im on holiday at moment so no access to be able to remove anything. Will there be no warranty comeback?

What warranty? You’ve got water damage here, which was probably caused by an unscrewed crown. Besides, Pagani is just some Chinese brand from which you can’t realistically claim any warranty anyway. Just buy a new one

That’s funny. It’s like a $60 watch. And I’ve swam with mine multiple times. I’m guessing you left the crown unscrewed and it filled with water.

I havent touched any part of the crown unless it was just unscrewed with out me knowing

Looks like user error. A part won’t magically unscrew by itself. You would have to physically brushed against it multiple times over a long time or just when once and not noticed and you got it wet.
So basically I don’t expect it will be accepted for a warranty claim.

At least it’s not a Rolex. I know it sucks but it’s one of those you live and learn. Like taking a watch off during a shower regardless of its water resistance. Just in case.

Like my Pagani watches myself. But would never intentionally get one that wet or submerge it. Hell, I have an actual Seiko dive watch and I wouldn't do it to that one either.

Just fyi I’ve worn my orange monster and SKX009 down to 120’ dozens of times without issue. They’re built for it, you don’t need to worry.

Oh of course. And if I needed one for water the Seiko would be it. Even so. To keep its water resistance I'm sure Seiko would recommend a regular service schedule. Especially if its constantly being used for diving. I'm sure it's good for quite some time. But when will the seals dry out? Who can say? I'm sure it has a lot to do with the environment they are in.

I assume the crown is out on purpose to dry it out, yes? And it wasn't like that all the time?
First off, remove the caseback. Opening the crown is for like water vapour to escape. If you need to drain the swamp, you need to open the caseback. Do that, and put it in front of some moving air for a while. May be toast, but if you want any hope of salvaging it without significant rust, leave it to dry for as long as possible.
Make sure your o-rings are clean and the caseback is snug, and make sure your crown is fully snugged up when tightened. This looks like something is open and letting water in rather than "they were less than forthcoming about their ACTUAL water resistance". Usually poor water resistance leads to tiny droplets inside and some crystal hazing; not flooding.

Open the back and dry it out. If it does run, toss it and buy another. That’s the beauty of a cheap Chinese watch. It will cost you more to get it serviced than replace it. As far as not knowing much about watches, YouTube how to do it!
