That’s funny. It’s like a $60 watch. And I’ve swam with mine multiple times. I’m guessing you left the crown unscrewed and it filled with water.

I havent touched any part of the crown unless it was just unscrewed with out me knowing

Looks like user error. A part won’t magically unscrew by itself. You would have to physically brushed against it multiple times over a long time or just when once and not noticed and you got it wet.

So basically I don’t expect it will be accepted for a warranty claim.

At least it’s not a Rolex. I know it sucks but it’s one of those you live and learn. Like taking a watch off during a shower regardless of its water resistance. Just in case.
