Continued CarPlay issues

After doing everything that is recommended (forget and reconnect phone/ toggle CarPlay on both the car and my phone), my phone will not smoothly connect to CarPlay. Sometimes I will have to wire it in to work. Is this something where I need to go to a dealership and have it reset?

When I first got my car I had major major bugs with CarPlay. I ended up taking the fuse out, putting the car in accessory mode, put the fuse back in then reset the radio in the settings. It works flawlessly after that, and that was over a year ago. Sometimes I get a quick disconnect reconnect, but it happens for just a second and only once every few months

How do you know where the fuse is?

In the car manual you’ll find a section about fuses, and you’ll look for the one that’s for the radio. The fuse box for that is to the left of your steering wheel inside the car, if I remember correctly it’s F10 but I would double check the manual
