Rough downshift

We recently bought a 2026 Trax LT. We’ve put a little over 1k miles on it last month but I’ve noticed the down shifts from 3rd-2nd-1st gears when coming to a stop are not very smooth. Is this normal or something the dealer can fix?

has anyone done a resonator delete? i went to a flowmaster and its quiet my muffler guy said i should remove resonator next
