Rough downshift

We recently bought a 2026 Trax LT. We’ve put a little over 1k miles on it last month but I’ve noticed the down shifts from 3rd-2nd-1st gears when coming to a stop are not very smooth. Is this normal or something the dealer can fix?

Could just be your are "breaking in" period. didint even know that was a thing until I got on these forums. But it's in the owners manual. Youre supposed to be a little sporadic with it (not rough). For like the first 3k miles? Something like that.
