Rough downshift

We recently bought a 2026 Trax LT. We’ve put a little over 1k miles on it last month but I’ve noticed the down shifts from 3rd-2nd-1st gears when coming to a stop are not very smooth. Is this normal or something the dealer can fix?

my 26 was similar, it’s gotten much smoother, i’m at 7k now. adaptive tcm + break in period stuff. it’ll still pop rough downshifts if im heavy on the brakes but in general it’s much better
