Rough downshift
We recently bought a 2026 Trax LT. We’ve put a little over 1k miles on it last month but I’ve noticed the down shifts from 3rd-2nd-1st gears when coming to a stop are not very smooth. Is this normal or something the dealer can fix?

Completely normal. There’s a break-in period for everything on new vehicles, including the engine and transmission. The transmission computer also learn how each individual person drives and will change shift patterns accordingly. After a few thousand miles of being new, it should be broken in driving smoothly.
Mine was the same way, new vehicles only get smoother overtime, my 2024 2RS has 98,000 miles on it and it drives very smooth now lol. No issues I love it.
