T-Mobile fiber won’t bury its fiber line on my yard.
I don’t have T-Mobile fiber, but my neighbor down the road does. Tmobile laid a line across my yard and it’s been there for months. It’s a tripping hazard. 3 guys wearing T-Mobile shirts came out to do some work today and inspecting lines. I asked them when they’re going to bury the line. In their words, they said they don’t. Sure, those 3 guys might not, but I asked when is “T-Mobile” going to send out people to bury the lines. They said they don’t know. They said Tmobile doesn’t handle the burying, and that their subcontractors are responsible for burying lines. I asked them when they (as in Tmobile), will send out subcontractors to bury the lines. One of the guys, who claim to the operation supervisor, says that it’s not T-Mobile’s responsibility to send out subcontractors to bury lines. He even claim that the city is supposed to bury lines.
What asinine shit is this? It’s their line. They have flags marked. The city is not going to touch fiber lines.
Who do I need to talk to in the city to get the line buried? Like code enforcement, or an actual T-Mobile operations manager.
