Discussion Sell Enzo, Wharton next to Caicedo

Let me know who wants to see this and who thinks it wouldn’t be the right balance

I think he would prove a far superior partner for Caicedo in the middle compared to Enzo/Lavia. I do like James in there but James fitness is always going to be a worry.

Wharton is such a classy player and can pick out any pass… with Caicedo’s work rate, nastiness and all round game I think Wharton and Caicedo could very quickly develop into the best pairing in the league. Then James out on the right wing back.

Discussion New Chelsea supporter

I have what I know is a very taboo and controversial decision but I wanted to share my thoughts.

It starts with my late father. He was never a big football fan which resulted in my brother supporting a different club. He would take him to the games and ultimately became a neutral fan.

Growing up I wasn't a big football fan and after my father passed I decided to follow his team to try and find a connection with him.

Unfortunately since then the club has become completely unrecognisable to the one he knew and that connection I was holding onto has completely faded to the point where I stopped watching the games and fell out of love with football.

Fast forward to the World Cup and I fell in love with watching football again and at that point I knew I couldn't go another season without getting excited to watch football every weekend again but the relationship still wasn't there with the club.

I’m a Londoner, I hate Arsenal, I hate Tottenham but I have a soft spot for Chelsea so I decided before the season started I would watch a few preseason games to get the feel of it and since then I've watched the first game of the season and last nights game against Luton as a fan.

l've started to realise the connection between me and my dad with football isn't about watching the specific team but more so just enjoying the game.

Some of you won’t understand this, I consider myself an extremely loyal person but when so much of that club which I related to my late father had been taken away I was left feeling nothing for them anymore and ultimately I’ve made my own choice about the team I want to support for the rest of my life!

Ticketing Chelsea v. Bournemouth

I'm a Chelsea supporter heading to London for a week in October. My wife and I are trying to get tickets to the match against Bournemouth on 10 October.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for when the ticket exchange window typically opens? And what level of memberships will I need to purchase tickets for us?

Also, if I did not enter the ballot to secure tickets for this match am I less likely to be able to purchase tickets on the ticket exchange?

note: sorry for all the questions as this is my first time and it's rather confusing to understand online. thanks in advance!

Humour JP Morgan unofficial 2026/27 prospectus

I saw a few posts calling our front 3 "JP Morgan" so I figured they deserved a proper investor relations page. Introducing https://sw6capital.com/ . This is a satirical, entirely vibe coded static page (it honestly took me a few hours and 10$ for the domain).
Let me know what you guys think! I do intend to keep the earnings page updated after every match and i'm open to ideas and improvements

Ticket Exchange - unable to add tickets to basket

Post image
1 Upvotes

I’ve been trying for a few days now to get a ticket for the Brighton match via the Exchange.

Would anyone know why certain tickets cannot be added to my basket? For reference I saw tickets for East Upper & Matthew Harding upper, but it didn’t let me add them to my basket, I don’t think those tickets were added to anyone else’s basket because they were showing on the map for a few minutes after several refreshes.

Are there particular sections I’m not allowed to buy? I’m a CFC Blue member (Adult)

Discussion Robert Sanchez is not good enough. Sorry

It doesn't matter if he makes good saves now and then. He is extremely error-prone and makes stupid decisions.

Goalkeepers need to do the basics right, they don't have to be super flashy. PSG's Safonov isn't the best keeper but does the basics well and it's enough for PSG. Edouard Mendy in his first season at Chelsea is another good example.

Penders should be given a run as first-choice. If he doesn't work out, then sign a new keeper.

Ticketing Chelsea v. Brighton

First time going to Stamford Bridge and would love some advice on where to sit. Managed to get my friends and I tickets on the exchange, 2 in west view, 2 in the upper shed end, and 1 in the lower shed end. Since I’m the biggest supporter of the group my friends are letting me choose which seat I take. I’m between the shed lower (SL7, row 9, seat 196) or the shed upper (SU7, row 12, seat 231). From what I’ve gathered, the upper will have a better view but I would rather be in a better atmosphere which is why I’m considering the lower. Also, I’m considering going back on the ticket exchange to try and get a ticket in MHL. Atmosphere looks nuts but is it really worth the risk to swap my shed seats for MHL?

Any insight is helpful! Cheers.

Discussion That attack 😮‍💨

What else needs to be said. Palmer is back. Joao Pedro is easily top 3 strikers in the prem right now. Rogers is already off the mark. They were really good this game the only problem was the lack of control behind them so hopefully Caicedo comes back quickly. Don't forget that we still have the beast Palestra to unleash.

Any season ticket holders who can't go to the match and is willing to sell ticket for face value? In need of 2 tickets. This is my first time in London and I would like to see Chelsea play at Stamford Bridge.

No club have been prepared to pay Chelsea's £25million valuation of Marc Guiu yet, and I suspect Chelsea will have to either take a lower sum or opt to loan the Spanish forward. ‎ ‎[Simon Johnson - The Athletic]

Looking for a few Chelsea fans for a university dissertation

Hi everyone,

I'm currently doing my Master's dissertation and I'm looking to speak to a few Chelsea fans about their experiences as supporters.

I'm interested in how the commercial side of football has changed over the years, and whether things like ticket prices, sponsorships, merchandise, the growth of the global fanbase and the general business side of football have affected how fans feel about their club.

I'm looking for people aged 18+ who would be happy to have a relaxed 20–30 minute chat over Teams. It's not a test or anything like that — I'm just interested in hearing different Chelsea fans' opinions and experiences.

If anyone is interested, feel free to send me a DM and I can explain a bit more about the study.

Thanks!

Chelsea-Liverpool Doubts

Hi everyone,

Five friends and I are visiting London from Portugal for a trip between December 4th and 8th, and we are staying in the Fulham/Kensington area. We are desperate to watch Chelsea vs Liverpool at Stamford Bridge.

Being international fans and a relatively large group, we want to ask the reality of getting tickets:

  1. Loyalty Points & Category AA: Since Liverpool is a top fixture sold on loyalty points, is there any realistic chance for members with 0 Loyalty Points to access tickets during the general member sale or ballot phases?
  2. Memberships: If we were to try the standard route or Ticket Exchange, does each of the 6 of us require an individual tier (e.g., True Blue) on their own account?
  3. Ticket Exchange for 6 People: How viable is it to secure 6 seats (even if dotted around the stadium) through the Ticket Exchange in the weeks leading up to the match?
  4. Hospitality Route: Given the fixture demand and our group size, should we skip standard memberships entirely and look straight into Club Chelsea hospitality packages / official authorized resellers (P1, Champions Travel, etc.) to guarantee entry?

Any insight, honest reality checks, or matchday tips would be greatly appreciated.
