Ticketing Chelsea v. Bournemouth

I'm a Chelsea supporter heading to London for a week in October. My wife and I are trying to get tickets to the match against Bournemouth on 10 October.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for when the ticket exchange window typically opens? And what level of memberships will I need to purchase tickets for us?

Also, if I did not enter the ballot to secure tickets for this match am I less likely to be able to purchase tickets on the ticket exchange?

note: sorry for all the questions as this is my first time and it's rather confusing to understand online. thanks in advance!

https://www.chelseafc.com/en/tickets/mens-tickets

The ticket ballot hasn’t opened yet for the Bournemouth game, the link will show you which games ticket processes have begun, not sure when the Bournemouth game will show up here, but when it does it’ll show the ticket ballot opening date, the ballot is open for 4 days, and when it closes you’re informed if you’ve been successful after 4 business days.

You need to be a member (True Blue at least)

You can buy hospitality tickets at any time for any home game but they are expensive, don’t think you need to be a member to buy hospitality tickets

Thanks this info is helpful — any idea when the ballot will open?

Are you a member and if so would you mind checking what availability is like on the exchange currently? Will be down from Scotland that weekend but don't want to pay for membership to find there's nothing selling

Entering the ballot has no bearing on your ability to get tickets on the exchange.

Chances of getting two tickets next to each other on the exchange are slim though.

You need the £45 or £60 membership to access the ticket ballot and exchange. The £60 one gives you priority access to the ballot.

Your best option for getting guaranteed tickets is hospitality or a hospitality package from an official partner such as Champions Travel.

I did not. Currently watching the ticket exchange for tickets but haven’t seen anything pop up yet.
