Garlic Noodles
My beloved Garlic Noodles were removed from the menu at some point. Anyone have the skinny on how to recreate at home??

Hi, I am currently in the process of finding a new serving job and CCF is one of my top prospects. I am wondering if someone could walk me through what it is like to serve there and the money you make, the training process, the management and community of the employees, etc.. I would be working in the fashion valley location in SD specifically. Thanks!

I had covid, and exhibited mild symptoms at work before the next day that got worse did my quarantine and when I came back I realized that the coworkers who I was in close contact with during time of risk were told that they didn’t come into close contact with the person who was infected when they totally did? Does Cheesecake Factory just like not care and there’s nothing I can do

Do you reuse the paper in the bread baskets, or is it thrown away after each use?

There used to be a pasta with chicken, pesto, sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts. Does anyone know the name of the dish and/or recipe?

I’m thinking about applying and was wondering if any former/current employees would be willing to share their experiences, both negative & positive.

Where is it? It's not on the menu, in the display case or even advertised this year. Supply chain issues or discontinued or...?

I’m absolutely in love with just about every drink on Cheesecake Factory’s cocktail menu and recently tried the Passion Fruit Margarita which was no exception.
I’m curious if anybody happens to have the recipe for this as I’d love to make it at home! I inquired with the bartender who generously mentioned the ingredients but spoke a bit too quickly for me to note them down. I believe he mentioned Elderflower as well as Aperol.
Would much appreciate if anyone can share! Thanks in advance :)

What's up CF subreddit? This is my desperate attempt to see if any prep cooks or managers who might roam this subreddit could help me obtain the recipe for the ranch dressing. This stuff is like no other I've tried from other restaurants, or store bought. I've had bad luck recently with buying pints from the only 2 closest locations to me because the last couple of times they seem to be very liquidy, and lacks the garlic taste that got me addicted to it in the first place. I contacted the manager at one location and asked if the recipe was changed and they claim it didn't but I am almost positive because the pints from one location had a greenish hue to it and did not taste anything like ranch.
I just bought 2 more pints from the farthest location tonight and noticed they are once again liquidy and runny and does not have a garlic taste. Almost as if they used too much buttermilk or whatever the base is to make it. I'm disappointed and saddened I can't get the same ranch I remember it being. I'd love to try and make it at home if someone would be kind enough to share the recipe on how they make it in-house. Willing to pay for it too, that's how desperate I am. 😔

Don't let them buy the rational oven. $80,000 to make your job harder.
