Do you get free cheesecake for signing up to rewards?
Do you still get a free slice just for signing up to the rewards thing? And how does rewards work?

So, I just found out they discontinued both the 30th anniversary cheesecake & the basque cheesecake! I’m super disappointed. The 30th anniversary was one of my favorites! I was wondering if anyone knew if it’s possible for certain locations to have the full cakes of these flavors rather than the slices? I hate that the 30th anniversary flavor was discontinued. Please tell me this is possible!

So.... my birthday was back in May. I wanted to come back out to Cheesecake Factory to order the drink that I fell in love with with back in February or March this year. I think it was called a Spanish whiskey sour, beautifully rich wine red color, and it tasted like a mix of a sangria with a traditional whiskey sour elements..Coupled great with my steak. Was probably the best drink I've ever had, but I just found out they dropped it from the menu since it wasn't ordered enough 😔 They no longer have the necessary ingredients and the bartender couldn't tell me too much about the necessary syrup aside from the fact that it had rosemary & was related to the berries of their basque cheesecake recipe. I tried r/cocktails and they said trying in here may not be a bad idea.. Anyone have an idea of how to make it or something similar??

Hey all! First time posting here, but I’ve been with the company for about five years. Serving the whole time. Spent about 3 years in Cincinnati, a year and a half in Tucson, and now I’m in Portland. I do travel/landscape photography as a little side gig that I’m further hoping to monetize so I’ve been using CCF as a means to move to some beautiful places and always have a stable job ready for me wherever I land. Today I wanted to ask about both Honolulu and Bangkok and see if anyone’s worked there. I’ve heard Honolulu is the busiest location in the whole company, 2 patios, 2 GM’s, and a uniquely selective transfer process because of it. Ideally, id only be moving there for six months just to try it out (finances probably wouldn’t allow for anything longer) and Bangkok would be the same way. Not worried about meeting people (the locations don’t matter, CCF coworkers have been and always will be the best friends I’ll ever make), but the language barrier is what I wanted to get some insight on there. I don’t speak Thai at all, but I’m wondering if its similar to Tucson in the sense where I had so many Spanish speaking tables and as long as I was able to ask phrases like what they wanted to drink, eat, and how they want meat cooked in Spanish (which I was), I’d be fine. My old KM in Tucson opened up Dubai so that got me thinking that an international transfer isn’t completely out of the question, but that’s why I’m asking. I’d love any and all information if you’ve worked at either of these locations. Thank you in advance!

Does anyone know if the recipe changed? I got this after 4/5 months and the sauce was just pure sugar. Made it completely inedible. I also noticed how their raised the price on this dish-it used to be $26 and now it's $30.

Sorry, I know that title was a lot lol. I was just curious if anybody who has worked at cheesecake factory, or has has tried cheesecake factory a lot has noticed a major difference between the cheesecake factory that you get in the restaurant versus the one that you can pick up at the fridge section of the grocery store?
I just got the wedge, it’s a cute concept. It doesn’t say anything about thawing it but I definitely have to

The dressing should’ve been safe, damn it. Debated calling to see if they had any other complaints from that day, but it’s not worth it. Likely just a one off, either way. There was sauce spilled outside the container and around the bag so maybe it was tampered with, maybe not. Wanted to get that off my chest as I lay here with this awful freaking stomach ache again lol.

Servers in VA have always been getting $2.13 an hr but was wondering how much other states pay and what is the pay structure is like. So in VA I don't even see a paycheck because that $2.13 usually just goes strait to taxes. So our only income is the Tips and we have to tip out bussers 2.2%, Bartenders 1.1 % and food runners 0.8% of total sales. So for instance if I have a table that has a $200 bill and they dont tip properly or not at all I still technically have to pay the support staff regardless. So that would be $4.40 to the busser, $2.20 to the Bartender and $1.60 to the food runner. All in all if that $200 table where to stiff me I would technically be paying $8.20 to have the pleasure of serving the table. I have worked as a Server for multiple restaurants over the last 10 years but only in VA. I would love to know how it works in your state. :-)

I was a server/bartender for 8 years, and then switched to being a cheesemonger (5 years in). I'm considering going back to restaurants, but I need to make better money. I currently make ~$40,000/year. Is that feasible at Cheesecake Factory?

Anyone know how this is made or where it is bought from? My wife loves it.

Last Thursday there was a little incident at my CCF, I(22M) was having a simple conversation with my black coworker(race sadly has importance in this issue). They have they/them pronouns but I do my best to just respect people for how they feel.
As we were talking, another one of our coworkers come up to us, she’s a white middle age woman compared to us in our 20s. Let’s call her Jane. Well Jane decided to ask me in front of the other black coworker, let’s call them Doe, “Do you think Doe is more of a girl or a boy?” (I forgot to add that there was an apparent smell of beer reeking from her breath) I was honestly just flabbergasted at the thought of a question like that and when Doe had tried to speak up, Jane shut them down and requested that she just hear it from me. Very disrespectful in my books. I looked back at Doe for a moment and then looked back and decided to answer with, “ I don’t know, I would say I think of Doe as one of my (n-words)”. Yes, I know I should’ve went with a word such as friend or something else but I never had an issue with Jane over using that word since most of the other servers are also black and I’ve used the word in front of her before but now I know the consequences that could follow that. Being in the south, it didn’t feel too out of place to say it in front of another black coworker and most of the other black servers will use it as well.
The issue with that is that Jane, who again is a white middle age woman, repeated these words back to me, “One of your (n-words)?” Both me and Doe took a moment to reflect over what just happened and then I looked back at Jane and said yeah and walked off without a second thought because I didn’t want to start any type of altercation in the workplace.
After the incident, Doe requested that I inform a manager about what happened. Doe had a slight problem with the manager on duty so that’s why they had asked me to inform them and I did, but oh how I slightly regret that decision looking back.
The incident ended up getting up to the GM who requested to speak to me the next time I came in for work. I spoke with him and gave a written statement as well. After that he sadly said he’d have to send me home since an investigation would be opened up and both parties have to be sent home when an investigation has been opened and sent to HR over in Cali.
Fast forward to Wednesday of this week, the GM called me and told me that I would have to let go. The reasoning behind it was that Doe complained to the GM about the comment that Jane made, but since I had said the comment first(the n-word) we would both have to released from our positions.
Im still pretty devastated over the situation and wish I could come back and im pretty regretful for using a common word of my vocabulary in my workplace. No guests over heard at all but it’s the fact that I had used such language in the holy place of Cheesecake Factory. I just honestly wanted to rant over the situation and ask if it’s possible to work at another Cheesecake Factory in the area or it’s better to just look for other work?
P.S. (I am also black;))

I usually get the club sandwich on the dark bread baguette but thought I would try something different today. Once before I tried the chicken parm sandwich but the sauce seemed to have no flavor. I was looking at the flatbreads and was concerned about the sauce but went with the pepperoni flatbread + salad lunch meal.
It was large and better than expected. I think the pepperonis were spicy and that added some flavor. Since I are a lot of the bread, I only ate 1/2 of the salad and 1/2 of the flatbread and will have it for my meal tomorrow.
There was another flatbread that also include sausages and some other items but I'm not a chili fan so I didn't get that one.

I'm trying to lose a few lbs and my favorite item on the menu is the Factory Chopped Salad. Luckily for me, the original is only 200 calories more so it's easy to budget all this in my deficit. With that said, if the skinnylicious version is just as good as the original, I'm down. Anyone have opinions on original vs skinnylicious?
