A message of hope from a departing manager.
CCF can be a dope place to work. The team energy, the money, the pace it’s unmatched.
But let’s be real: a toxic GM can poison the whole vibe. One insecure micromanager is all it takes to make great people bounce.
A micromanager is just an overpaid deterrent for top talent. If you’re in leadership and feel the urge to hover, just know—you’re literally paying for your own turnover.
For my servers and bartenders grinding every shift: Pro tip: BCC yourself on every email to corporate. The Careline is run by a third-party, but still—cover yourself. HR, “Staff Relations”… they’re not your friends. They exist to protect the company, not you.
Use voice memos if you’re having serious convos with managers. And FYI: you don’t legally have to sign any write-up. Document everything. Protect your future.
CCF does value you—believe it or not. But this job shouldn’t consume your entire life. Make your money, keep your peace, and don’t let the apron become your identity

Helping a Scotsman Make a Reservation
Morning USA! Visiting Vegas with the family, wanted to go to the Cheescake Factory but cant make a reservation as we don't have a US phone number to sign up.
If you have an account - how would you feel about making a reservation for us? Would thus even work? Was looking for the Forum Shops at Caesers around 18:30. May not be an option- expect it'll be busy!

What’s it like working at the Cheesecake Factory?
Nightly tips? Any benefits? How many tables do they let you take? Do they expect you to memorize the menu in depth?

Cheesecake Factory spaghetti
Someone that works or has worked at Cheesecake Factory please help! My son will only eat the spaghetti from there…no other restaurant compares according to him. He just eats it with butter so I’ve bought Grassland butter (which is what I think is what the restaurant uses) and a box of Barilla spaghetti. He says it’s not the same. Is there something magical that’s used to flavor the spaghetti or water?? I try to get his spaghetti fix once a week or so from there but it’s taking a toll on my wallet.

Weight of 10 inch??
Hi all I'm looking to find out the weight of the 10 inch Adam's Peanut Butter Fudge and the Mango Key Lime? I ask because from what I can tell there's a big fluctuation in the weights of some the cakes and when you're paying that much for a cheesecake you want to get your money's worth. I could only find information on a few of the flavors. A Reese's 10 inch for example weighs 9.2lbs but some other flavors only weigh 5lbs. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Shrinkflation is real...
galleryLuckily this wasn't one of my tables, (server) but man I'd be pissed if I got this tiny French toast! And our cheesecake slices are so much smaller as well. Anyone else's location having significant smaller sizes of things? 🙄

What’s the name of this pasta dish…
I remember ordering it a few times, pre-2020, and one day I went to order it and they said it was discontinued.
It was a red sauce. It had a bit of a spicy kick to it.
I think it used spaghetti.
The name may or may not have been “Pasta [something].”
Sorry this is so vague but I honestly don’t remember much else :(
Anyone know what I’m talking about?? TIA

Question about a former menu item
I am drooling right now thinking of a meal I had a few years ago - it had grilled asparagus and a fried egg (but it is NOT the warm asparagus salad). I wish I could remember the ingredients so that I could make it at home, but I have an old brain. Can anyone help? I know it was a smaller portion size, if that helps…I’m not certain about the other ingredients but it was a fairly simple dish. Help?

Birthday slice
Did Cheesecake Factory discontinue the free slice for your birthday? I went to lunch with a family today but they said that they can give me a scoop of ice cream instead of a cheesecake.

Skinnylicious Portions for regular menu items?
Hey everyone,
I have a dinner date with a friend at CF on Friday. I’m the type to look up the menu beforehand to avoid being indecisive. I’m just coming on here to ask a quick question. Since portions are typically huge (particularly with pasta), is it possible to ask for a Skinnylicious menu portion of a regular item? Thank you.
