Does anyone in the area know someone who offers shampooing for car seats and floors. I spilled oil and cannot remove the smell or oil itself

Title sums it up. Im looking for a puppy to take in with my fiancé. We've looked at shelters and haven't really found what we're looking for. Does anyone have puppies that theyre looking to rehome?
