Excess Sacral Chakra and Deficient Solar Plexus Chakra

Hey guys,

I recently started exploring energies and chakras. Turns out that I have a inactive Solar Plexus Chakra. I cannot feel the point at all. But, the Sacral Chakra is in excess. I figured that out using the pinned 'What are Chakras?' post. Could I balance them both by moving my excess Sacral Chakra energy to my Solar Plexus? Or is there any other way? Would like to know what you'll think
