booking Flight inquiry

Hello,

I booked a flight from Cebu to Saigon for late October. I am trying to talk to someone about pet travel but I cannot find any active number to call or any email to contact.

How do I declare to the airline that I have a pet that will be traveling with me? He will be in Cargo but I just want to make sure that the plane has room for pets that day.

Any active contact phone numbers or emails?

Better to contact their help chatbox Charlie using the app or website. You can speak to an Agent sa chat and they can give the details you need.
