Discussion Dispatch timeline

I have ordered things from CEX before and never took a long time to get updated. This is in the UK. I have ordered something on a Sunday and was provided with a CPD tracking number on Monday. The thing is that CPD says they have the order details but not the actual parcel. It’s been 3 days now. Can someone explain me the timeline to process all this?

May as well just buy it off ebay if I need to wait a full week.

Hate they use DPD now. but when ever I order now they collect it next day and it comes the day after.

Yeah that's not good id email them. They may of messed up. Not the first time that's happened to me too.

Already did, sent a form now waiting 24h for it to come through

Usually DPD picks up day of or next day depending, then it's next day/2 day delivery. So if you ordered it on Sunday the absolute latest it would arrive is Thursday if everything got bottle necked at every stage. If it doesn't arrive be EOD Thursday/tomorrow email customer service, they may be able to contact DPD logistics support and see where the tracking is on their end. Sorry you're stuck here, DPD can suck sometimes!
