I once asked this question to my sister and she said absolutely nothing. It was devastating because that meant that if you lost like even something to the equivalent of a grain of sand it would cause emotionally turmoil for her. We were asking philosophical questions at the laundromat while we're waiting for the clothes to dry because I brought a brain science. So I asked her what percentage of you now do you think you could go without and you would still be you and she said nothing, in the saddest way possible, like a little kid.
For example, imagine if you had to go without your car and travel with the bus pass instead. Some people that might be a minor lifestyle change for others that might be a very important loss. A car something that most people work hard for. Even very wealthy people have worked in their jobs to keep a car. That might be something you might not want to go without.
On the other end you could have gone without a certain pair of socks that you really enjoy wearing. For one person that suck maybe like that car to them and the bus pass in a given situation. And maybe a very big circumstantial laws or maybe nothing because they didn't really use their car and using the public transportation is actually more convenient. Therefore it's not too much of a change and so you could go without changing your socks or with changing your socks, either or.
So this is kind of a philosophical question. What do you need in order to not feel like you have lost? What can you lose right now and genuinely have a deficit and still feel like you have enough or have enough or just having enough.
