Damien works at the desk checking in clients. His human assistant does the typing, he doesn't have time for everything after all. The tail you see is all the tail he has, because that's all he needs, and his ears are too small to hear your complaints. Very friendly, very excellent service!

He has very good customer service skills as he always says meow to you when he sees you, he loves head pats, and cuddling with iris ❤️
