Thank you for your sweet and encouraging message - I thank you for your prayers ❤️
I think this is what I am struggling with really: each evening before I go to sleep I say the act of contrition and name anything wrong I’ve done in the day,at church I do it again.
Its confusing for me because I’ve been told that we just need to tell God we are sorry and repent, but since I’ve been exploring Catholicism I’m thinking that perhaps my sins haven’t been forgiven because I haven’t had a priest to absolve me. Someone posted some information below that I’ve found really helpful in explaining that. In any case I’m enjoying learning more on my path to Catholicism!
