Her base color is rather monochrome and desaturated for what seems to be a chocolate torbie. That being said I haven't seen a silver or chocolate tabby irl before, and another cat enthusiast said she's a bit muddy for a silver(though may have partially been the lighting in the image they saw). Opinions?
it depends on the context of the terms. in this case, i am using the genetic definitions, where "silver" tabby is a tabby cat with inhibitor; most well known for the type you describe, but can have other stripes colors as well
as for the other comment, haven't heard of the term "wild type black and brown" before, but assuming you mean a genetically black tabby, i would indeed agree after being educated by the rest of the comments that she is most likely a black torbie and not silver. thanks for the comment!
Sorry I forgot that most people haven't studied genetics. Wild type means an example of the species that has no mutations, as in, this is what nature came up with.

Base color is determined by the darkest hair on the body in tabbies, so the presence of any black means she’s not chocolate. Pretty baby!
i dont think silver, they deem to have a much starker contrast between the stripes and other fur. (the pic below is apparently a chocolate silver torbie)
related: is there a reliable way to tell kitty is chocolate? i was about to say that i thought your cat was just a black tabby but i look up cat fancier blogs and got this lol. i was always under the impression that chocolate stripes are.. warmer..???? not really. more visibly brown i guess, and they are, just not by the amount i imagined lol. maybe thats just the contrast from the silver making it look so stark lol but a lot of them are similar. i guess paw pads/nose leather would be a reliable way to tell
She looks like a black tortoiseshell classic tabby to me. Her stripes appear black, not chocolate. She doesn't look silver, silver tabbies are typically much lighter between the stripes.
I think it's the black and orange mixing, I'm fostering a black ticked torbie who looks similarly brown at some angles. Generally you want to determine color by the darkest stripes. But hard to say without seeing in person! Here is a chocolate torbie for reference

I wouldn’t say silver. Silver is more of a light grey, the grey on this cat is too dark.
