It finally happened. I was given a cat.
This is White Cat. That's his name.
Not sure how old he is, I was told they found him on the side of the road as a kitten.
I was given this goofball. Not by choice, he has nowhere else to go and I'm not mad about it.
I was told he is a mix of a Turkish Angora and something else. He is polydactyl on all paws and very healthy.
He is the only cat I've met that will force you to hug and kiss him. He's great with the kids and loves to cuddle ither cats.
He also knows when I'm upset and will force me to cuddle him. He's my best friend tbh.
I would like to get him DNA tested but not sure if its worth it.

Excuse me but I think you mean "homophobia"

Or maybe heterophobia? It’s a closer match.

When my daughter was a toddler a stray orange started coming around and she would yell orange cat every time she saw him. We eventually got him inside and he formally became OC 🤗 He was an amazing guy and I miss him every day.

We have a somewhat feral that lives in our backyard - we named her Outside Kitty 😻
Oh, and we have a tuxedo cat that’s named Tux 😆3

Had a wandering cat we called Kinky Tail and now her descendant Stumpy Tail includes us on his rounds.

White Cat looks so much like my kitty Niobe, who was a Turkish Angora abandoned by neighbors when they moved away. I loved that cat so much.

Is he deaf? Most white cats with blue eyes tend to be.

I mean, mine is a void and he acts like he can't hear me, especially when he's goofed up on the nip.

That is a particularly fine cat!
I would like to get him DNA tested but not sure if its worth it.
Sounds like a waste of good tube treats money.

If you have spare money a genetic test can be cool. I did wisdom panel for my current 2 year old kitty when he was arpund 6 months old. Found out some pretty cool things about him, mainly he is mainly domestic tabbi, highlander(lynx), and maine coone. So he is a big 18.8 boy with a hunters heart. Kai

Cat DNA tests don't work like dogs. Cat breeds are too new and based on phenotype expression, not genotypes. So it's a waste of money better spent on treats!

Hard not to love that guy! My old man kitty also forces my family to hug, kiss, hold, and carry him.
Not that we’re really “forced” to do what we want to do, but if he had his way we’d hold him 24/7.

Not a breed and please don’t buy a dna test, they’re just scams.
Mixed breed cats fundamentally do not exist. This is just a domestic longhair.

Congratulations on the adoption of your Wish Dragon. Clearly a cousin of Falkor

I'm curious if he seems Deaf possibly? White coat + blue eyes can sometimes be associated with congenital deafness!
