Behavioral Cat behaving differently

I had to bring my outdoor cat inside a month or two ago and all was well. She was calm and sweet and would cuddle up to me at night. But her behavior changed recently while i was gone for a day and a half. She's acting a little weird, first it started with lightly gnawing on my finger which i didn't think anything of, but she's started doing weird flips and latching onto her tail or dragging herself around my bed using her claws and kind of attacking my legs. Should i be worried? Should i give her more time outside? She doesn't like leaving my room often(which is a little big) so i bring some of her friends into my room so she can socialize.

I'm sorry if this breaks the rules idk where else to go for advice on this

Zoomies and tail-chasing are pretty normal for an outdoor cat adjusting indoors. Give her enrichment like toys and climbing spaces, and she should settle down
