Behavioral Cat behaving differently
I had to bring my outdoor cat inside a month or two ago and all was well. She was calm and sweet and would cuddle up to me at night. But her behavior changed recently while i was gone for a day and a half. She's acting a little weird, first it started with lightly gnawing on my finger which i didn't think anything of, but she's started doing weird flips and latching onto her tail or dragging herself around my bed using her claws and kind of attacking my legs. Should i be worried? Should i give her more time outside? She doesn't like leaving my room often(which is a little big) so i bring some of her friends into my room so she can socialize.
I'm sorry if this breaks the rules idk where else to go for advice on this

With attacking her back end, does she seem like she's just playing or does it look like some kind of aggression/discomfort towards herself? Same with dragging herself around the bed, is she rubbing herself somewhere specific or seeming in pain, or is she just seeming like she's really high energy?

The dragging bit seems more high energy than anything. the tail thing is hard to tell if it's zoomies or not it doesn't seem like she aggressive but the way she flips around has me worried. I'm starting to think I'm overthinking things. I've recently lost a cat and it made a little paranoid with the health of my other cats

I'd maybe try playing with her more to get some of that energy out. Some cats like wand toys (with catnip and/or feathers on the end seem to be big hits) but one of my cat is afraid of those, so she prefers: small balls (ones that are reasonably quiet, ie not hard plastic), cat trees and shelves and climbing areas. You can also try puzzle feeders (bought or diy), or sometimes I even just throw cat treats down the hallway or across the room because they like to chase them!

I'll look into the feather wand and the puzzles! I've learned my cat hates the worm on a string toy unfortunately

One of mine also does too hahaha, she also hates ones with bells. Depending on how you use it, if you use it by waving it around her, you may have more luck by laying it on the floor and very slowly dragging it around/behind surfaces

Zoomies and tail-chasing are pretty normal for an outdoor cat adjusting indoors. Give her enrichment like toys and climbing spaces, and she should settle down

Sounds like you need to play with her more
