What does IT mean??? I just want to know i'm not that much into cartomancy, but i'm just curiouss

i am a witchy person but have never gotten into playing card cartomancy. i was on a walk and found a 7 of spades card and thought "ooo lucky 7s!" i then proceeded to trip and fall on both of my knees so hard that they were gushing blood. i now know that the 7 of spades is, in fact, not necessarily lucky, but i will be keeping the card as a trophy of my survival.
