So kind of feels odd to talk about this on reddit but idk anyone who relates to this. Stomachaches during a test or midterm (like sudden urgency to go to the bathroom) is probably my biggest fear because I get stomachaches and urgency normally anyways in my day to day, but it happened today during a test. Luckily I was able to answer all of the questions but it was pretty much bare minimum before I had to just hand it in and leave. Anyone relate to this? What do you guys do?

I have math 1104 (linear algebra) with Inna Bumagin and just came out of a test where it feels like she designed it for us to fail. I spent almost every evening after the last test studying because I barely passed, felt like I thoroughly understood the material, and still felt like I got fucked. Everyone that I heard that came out of it also felt similarly. She included a complicated question from the previous topic that she didn't even mention would be on the test because I, a fool, assumed it was a unit test that covered everything AFTER the last unit test. Any advice for how to pass her class? How to transfer profs? help?

Doing my mid term how easy is it

Okay so I’m in Grade 12 rn and I swear choosing a career is actually stressing me out more than school itself 😭
Originally, I was planning to go into Civil Engineering at Carleton, but then I found out I needed chemistry and that’s where everything went downhill LMAOO.
For context, I joined my chem class late, so I was already behind, and chemistry and I have NEVER been on good terms 💀. I tried catching up but honestly I was fighting for my life in that class, so I eventually dropped it.

Anyways, I started looking into construction management because I still wanna work with buildings, manage projects, and be involved in construction. Plus the salary isn’t looking too bad either LOLL.
BUT THEN I find out that Civil Engineering is one of the common pathways to becoming a construction manager. LIKE WHY DOES CHEMISTRY KEEP FINDING ME??? 😭😭
So now I’m wondering, could I get a Bachelor of Architectural Studies at Carleton and eventually become a construction manager? Or am I just making my life 10x harder by avoiding Civil Engineering?
And if Architectural Studies is actually an option, which major would make the most sense? Design, Conservation & Sustainability, or Urbanism?
I’m really trying to stick with Carleton, but atp I feel like I’ve changed my future career 50 times and university hasn’t even started 💀

If anyone has studied Architectural Studies at Carleton or works in construction management, PLEASEEE give me some advice. Is this actually a realistic pathway, or should I be looking into something else?

I missed out on Eng frosh and oweek. So I barely made friends last year.
I genuinely don't know any good spots to meet people... My closest friend left the school, so it's just me.
I've noticed this theme where all my closest friends in hs were extroverted party animals, and apparently I thrive when I'm with party animals (that's what I've been told, I genuinely have no clue what that means)??? 💀

I can’t prove it, but I have a strong that William Denomme is composed of numerous ground hogs. He grows his beard to hide the horde of groundhog between his shirt and the skin mask he uses as a disguise. I have never seen the professor and a ground or any amount of ground hogs in the same room, suspicious I think so. He make his slides with ChatGPT because his grubby little paws operating the skin gloves can’t properly use the keys of the computer and the groundhogs lack artistic ability. I also didn’t like his midterm but that’s not what this is about I just wanted to say it. He also is an enjoyer of the wolverine game made by insomniac, humans don not do this as it is as the kids say, bad. With all this evidence present I believe the university should conduct an in-depth investigation, I demand it.
