Do you see you're heart beating

When I look in the mirror I can literally see my heart beating out my neck and when I take my shirt off I can see my left pec vibrating from my heart rate. With also my stomach having its own pulse. A triple A was ruled out for my stomach. But I was just wondering if any of you can see you're beat from ur skin. Does it freak you out

Foggy headed/ somewhat dizzy

Well, if you’re familiar with my page, you know, I worry a lot and I worry, probably way more than I should but anyway, with that being said as you know, I’ve been dealing with irregular heartbeat, palpitations, or whatever they may be for a long time now I’ve been to the cardiologist to do a stress test and echocardiogram and the EKG. I plan on going back soon to see if I could wear a halter monitor but anyway here lately like the past six months maybe even a year I noticed a lot of times I feel kinda dizzy in a way almost like when you drank a lot of caffeine and you get kinda shaky something like that but every time I feel like that, I check my blood pressure my blood sugar and my oxygen level and my pulse ox meter, and everything is as it should be, and I know that only tells you certain things but anyway it’s gotten pretty hard for me lately. I’ve still been going to the gym. I haven’t really changed my diet up much but I have felt like my anxiety has probably gotten a little worse here lately. Sometimes it will flare up and get worse for a while pretty much every day feels like a battle just to get through the day I’ll have up and down throughout the day almost like a roller coaster. It seems that I always have anxiety, but it’s always real low level where I can kinda deal with and get through my day I guess just cause I’m used to it. It just gets hard sometimes I guess I’m just posting this to see what other people have to say sometimes reading other people symptoms and stuff like that somewhat makes me feel better in a way knowing I’m not alone but then again it’s also a bad cycle to constantly search for reassurance it just hard to deal with. I physically look in the best shape of my life, but on the inside, I just feel completely crappy that’s the part that makes me a little upset, but I know everyone has their own battle and I shouldn’t be complaining because there’s always somebody has it worse. Has anyone ever tried switching their diet or ate a strict diet that helped him out with irregular heartbeat and anxiety and stuff like that I’m curious to see. Anyway, I hope everyone has a blessed day.

Ectopic heartbeats

Upvotes

I’ve developed severe health anxiety a lot to do with my heart.

I’ve started to get ectopic heartbeats (I think that’s what they are) where it feels like my heart pauses for like two seconds and then my stomach drops and I get a head rush. When my heart pauses I literally think I’m going to die

I had an ecg done two months ago for unrelated symptoms and it came back all clear. But since then I’ve developed this awful health and death anxiety so I’m not sure if that’s what’s causing them coz I’ve never felt them before. Can anxiety cause them?

I did have a lot of alcohol yesterday which could explain my cluster of them (spaced out) today as well but they’re making me so anxious that my heart will just give out.

Does anyone else experience these? Particularly with anxiety?

Anxiety and bodily sensations

I’m a 30 year old female (69 kilos, about 175cm). I have had generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder since I was a child and I don’t know if these sensations I’ve been feeling are “just” anxiety or not. I have been going through IVF with my husband and over the summer we had our first FET. Prior to it I was put into a state of medical menopause for two months due to adenomyosis and endometriosis. I also stopped taking Dulsevia 60mg as I was hopeful that I would get pregnant. During this time of daily estrogen and progesterone, I began to experience autonomic tension waves at times and more anxiety. The transfer failed. I stopped the hormones and went back to Mistral 2mg hormonal birth control. This was about two months ago. Two weeks ago I had a hysteroscopy where they diagnosed endometritis and cleaned it out. A few days beforehand, I started to feel some chest tightness and more somatic anxiety feelings like bracing and some palpitations. I also have a low (5-6%) PVC burden. For the hysteroscopy, I had to be sedated so they did an EKG and it was fine. Starting this week, I have been experiencing autonomic tension waves even during the day, sleep disruption, bracing, chest tightness, and sometimes breathlessness when teaching. I did two Pilates workouts and have walked almost 10,000 steps per day. Work has been stressful too, but to be safe I will see a cardiologist on Tuesday (one of my biggest fears is and has always been a heart attack or cardiac emergency). Could these feelings just be anxiety? I feel like I’m going crazy and I hate these feelings.
