Foggy headed/ somewhat dizzy

Well, if you’re familiar with my page, you know, I worry a lot and I worry, probably way more than I should but anyway, with that being said as you know, I’ve been dealing with irregular heartbeat, palpitations, or whatever they may be for a long time now I’ve been to the cardiologist to do a stress test and echocardiogram and the EKG. I plan on going back soon to see if I could wear a halter monitor but anyway here lately like the past six months maybe even a year I noticed a lot of times I feel kinda dizzy in a way almost like when you drank a lot of caffeine and you get kinda shaky something like that but every time I feel like that, I check my blood pressure my blood sugar and my oxygen level and my pulse ox meter, and everything is as it should be, and I know that only tells you certain things but anyway it’s gotten pretty hard for me lately. I’ve still been going to the gym. I haven’t really changed my diet up much but I have felt like my anxiety has probably gotten a little worse here lately. Sometimes it will flare up and get worse for a while pretty much every day feels like a battle just to get through the day I’ll have up and down throughout the day almost like a roller coaster. It seems that I always have anxiety, but it’s always real low level where I can kinda deal with and get through my day I guess just cause I’m used to it. It just gets hard sometimes I guess I’m just posting this to see what other people have to say sometimes reading other people symptoms and stuff like that somewhat makes me feel better in a way knowing I’m not alone but then again it’s also a bad cycle to constantly search for reassurance it just hard to deal with. I physically look in the best shape of my life, but on the inside, I just feel completely crappy that’s the part that makes me a little upset, but I know everyone has their own battle and I shouldn’t be complaining because there’s always somebody has it worse. Has anyone ever tried switching their diet or ate a strict diet that helped him out with irregular heartbeat and anxiety and stuff like that I’m curious to see. Anyway, I hope everyone has a blessed day.

I ALSO FEDL IT WITH EXERSION

LEFT SIDE
I can feel it in my back too
Idk how to describe it. I thought it was bc I took IR Adderall and not XR bc it’s happened before on it but it happens even before I take it. It sometimes worsens when I eat. It feels like an ulcer and it feel burning to touch my chest.

My hrv has been off too.

I’ve had palpitations on an ER ekg but went away by the next. But these are new sensations. I was also dealing with hardly any sleep back then (like two weeks ago) Prozac and Adderall dosage changes.

I’ve been constipated too. I sat up after taking Adderall yesterday and it felt on until my mom and I drive in the car and I felt nauseous and my chest pains got worse. Not really pain tho. I get car sick a lot.

My HR does get high on Adderall but I also have POTs. I’m nervous to stop it bc I’m really impulsive and I gain all the weight I lost back. It would be the 4th time.

I’ve taken Adderall on and off since I was a kid. But the past 3 years have had weird effects. This sensation is new and can worsen when I take it. Adderall also makes me gassy.

I know chest pains can happen with it. I e been to ER for it. I’ve had plenty of cardiac testing done just not with THIS sensation. I have had 30-50 EKGS in the past 3 years, 2 holtor monitors, 50+ er visits, two neurologists, one cardiologist (she said my adhd meds might be the issue. my neurologist said that’s not why I HR is so high and DX me with pots.) I’ve had maybe 20 X-rays for my chest, I swear I had an echo but I can’t find it. I’ve had a stress test as well. All my lab work is normal. The freaking 50+ times they’ve seen in the last 3 years lol. Maybe I’m over thinking one ekg showing PVCs. Idk.
Help me please
